Delicious breakfast featuring fresh halloumi and marvelous yoghurt. The gym is very complete and in great condition. The staff was friendly and helped us with multiple questions about Nicosia; they also connected us to a very good rental car agency. The room was very comfortable, as was the bathroom and balcony. I liked the smart electronics and the location was ideal for appreciating Nicosia.

The hotel has beautiful trees around it -- and these have grown, such that the beautiful tree partially obscures the beautiful view of 16th century Venetian ramparts. A bit of a pity. But a bird's nest in the tree was also interesting to observe from the balcony.

Service at breakfast was impeccable, excellent quality of a la carte breakfast items delivered as fast as it gets. The Spa having a 15% discount on stays made it an excellent value for money choice compared to other 5 star hotel and spas we’ve been and our therapists were two of the best we’ve ever had. 10/10 5* spa service.

Noise! We were on the first floor facing the road and we could hear the traffic and that road has traffic 24/7. Could and should be much better soundproofed. Huge omission from the planning stage of this otherwise fantastic city hotel. And a small detail: Overhead shower too close to the wall.

On this one day of business, we thought we'd seek something different and MAP boutique hotel delivers this in spades. It looks so architecturally different from the outside.and even the entrance door is different. In a black and white colour palette, its monumental feel as you walk in isn't overpowering, which is a surprise. The spa is in the basement, next to the gym. The breakfast room is where many visitors or Nicoseans come also for lunch and cocktails and is full of good art. The rooms are playful but highly practical with 2 loos, one being a night loo, the other in the highly technical bathroom with cream pod inserts that look like Nespresso pods, for the shower if you want. The lighting buttons are strange but take time getting used to until you master them. This is a hotel you could stay in for several days as it's roomy and has lots of storage spaces. Our room looked like a suite, had a Nespresso machine and superior tea choices. Nicosia is in the 21st century and MAP is its showcase. The staff is intelligent and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Night lighting for the bathroom needs to be perfected so you don't get blinded when you wake in the middle of the night..

Large clean, modern, comfortable room with small balcony next to Eleftheria Square and the old city center. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The king-size bed was firm enough for us, but not hard. Breakfast was very good with enough options for a three- night stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and museums.

The elevator has a video screen playing one music and fashion video that is unnecessary. The automatic lighting in the wardrobe does not turn off unless you turn off all power in the room. It is on a very busy 4-lane road with lots of traffic and minimal soundproofing. We slept fine, but some will want earplugs.

Exceptional! I am living in Nicosia since 15 years and wanted to try the MAP to form my own opinion and to be able to recommend it to friends and customers. I have been in their restaurant for several dinners and tasted many of their marvellous dishes, but never stayed in the MAP over night. This is the only true boutique design hotel in Cyprus, I am not exaggerating, with only 30 roons. It's not just some design elements and paint. The entire hotel has been design from the scratch, with pleasant high tech everywhere. Very comfortable coco-mat beds and super comfy pillows. All toiletries are from Elemis, including pillow spray with a slight aroma of lemon grass. Staff is super friendly, attentive and polite. Breakfast was exceptional. A great choice of served breakfast platters and dishes, all served to the table! And the location is just great, in the very centre, at the Venician walls of the Old Town. The hotel has also a gym and a bespoke spa with Elemis products. However, I did not try either of them. Comparing the nightly price with other hotels and with what they all offer for their price, the MAP is priced very fairly! This will now be the only hotel that I will recommend to friends and customers alike. Thank you, MAP. I felt like being at home immediately.

There is really nothing that I did not like, honestly. I am travelling mostly for business extensively since decades. This is one of the three best hotels I have stayed in. I liked everything.

It’s funny the case to find the correct main hotel entrance !

It's a grate hotel! Really new wave of hospitality on Cyprus. Beautiful view from windows, especially from penthouse. Very comfortable rooms for the rest. MAP Boutique Hotel stay near center of city Nicosia and it's very nice for a walking. I am glad that this hotel create a very comfortable rooms. You can use hotel's app for control some of usually requests. Very nice to see smiling faces at reception ready to help with any request.

As a young hotel - they have peculiarities that hopefully will be corrected in the near future. I'll point out a few things: 1. A very big parking problem. There is a paid parking lot installed nearby. Of course, when you arrive at the hotel, the first thing you do is to park in the paid parking lot, which costs 3 euros for 8 hours. It is only after contacting the reception you can get a card for free general parking in front of the hotel. 2. The room has British plug sockets and no adapters. However, there is one socket with the possibility to charge a phone via USB or USB-C. I hope this problems will be fix in the future and MAP Boutique Hotel will be more comfortable and luxury.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. It is a masterpiece. They care about the finest of details from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Charming, modern, overall beautiful and very clean. The hotel provided free parking. It is close to lidra street. The cleanliness and details in the room was outstanding, the bathroom was clean. The room was comfortable, and I strongly recommend everyone to visit without hesitation. And special thanks to karmin who helped us during breakfast.

I don't believe anyone who visits would be able to find something they don't like

The location is close to the city walls, (old city 4 min on foot), by a busy 4 lane street, and the hotel could have been any passable noisy hotel, but it has been so well designed!!! Soundproofed rooms, great decor , excellent à la carte breakfast (no mediocre buffet), excellent service by the staff. Great gym. It goes definitely above what other hotels offer. There is not parking on the property itself but there are 2 options nearby and the front desk will be happy to help you.

The restaurant is really nice. Plenty of great options available for breakfast and dinner. Great staff. Lots of gadgets to play around in the bedroom (lights, automatic curtains etc ). The city view from the fourth floor is nice. The location is also good, close to the city centre. They provide you with a 10% and 15% discount to the restaurant and spa, respectively. Make use of both! It is worth it.

The system surrounding the parking is a bit difficult. You need to get a pass to get onto the parking lot, and when you leave you need to return the pass. The parking lot is however across the (busy) street, so after getting out, you need to park somewhere else, and walk a bit to return it. The view from the standard room was better than from the more expensive iconic room. The shower in the standard room was also a bit bigger. But the overall size of the iconic room was bigger than the one from the standard room.
