The staff were so friendly and accommodating, probably the best hotel staff I've ever come across. Cypriot people are genuinely lovely, not a bad word to say about anyone there. The indoor pool was a little murky and could do with more regular cleaning, very little chlorine, which was good regarding our eyes, but cleanliness was a little concering. I would definitely stay in the hotel again though as the suites were perfect for our family, and as we travelled over the Christmas holidays, it wasn't too packed so it was exactly the way we like our holidays. The outdoor pool isn't heated, which was a pity. Bus stops within 5 minutes walk at €2 per adult and €1 per child with many lovely restaurants along the way to Paphos city. Lots of day trips are available and reasonably priced, but be warned if going up the mountains to visit waterfalls, temperatures dropped to 10°c from 20°c so you'll need extra clothing. All in all, it was a fantastic family trip and a very safe area travelling with children.

the restaurant service staff is rude, completely unhelpful. If you find hair in the food, they say you can go and show it to the chef, if we'll just ask take it away. And not to go and explain. lacks tact. The strangest thing is that if you have half-board, you don't have any drinks, neither coffee, nor juice or water. You have to buy all inclusive, but if you don't stay at the hotel for a day and don't drink alcohol, what is all inclusive for you? This is the first case in the whole world. I have never seen breakfast without coffee or dinner without water glass. indoor pool always full with the same child or people, haven't chance to used. Sorry. . Lacking cleaning in bathroom

Though this is a big hotel we lived in a comfortable villa. It was a number of villas with several apartment in each. And that's fantastic! The food is great — you get energy for whole day swimming during the breakfast!) And the diner is even better — perfect food and good company of other guests with sunset view. The view! Is't incredible. And we are so greatful to the lady on reception — Alena! She is so helpful and gave us so many advices! Guys, really, we've felt ourselves like we came to visit old friends though it was our first time in the country. Thank you! And! Do not believe those who say there is no close beach. Is is! A small nice cosy Josi Bay with cleanest water and wonderful beach bar! Start there before going to famous Coral Bay. We did once — and came back to the great place just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Dont mix it up with Potima Beach — it's not too safe for swimming as we've understood. But check it out to sit in the bar in the evening — the bar is nice)

Unable to walk into Paphos, further than we had anticipated, but on very regular bus route.

We booked a room with sea view and it was amazing. Also we checked in earlier and there was no problem. The staff was very polite. The room was clean and modern.

The hall could have some improvements, other than that all good.

Though does not look much from the outside, when you enter the reception area - beautiful views open from the main restaurant/bar and pool, overlooking the bay. Great position to spend a day or evening. There are quite good options for both breakfast and dinner from selection and quality perspective. Though on the steep hill, rooms scattered around main building are surrounded in lush green garden. There are lots of parking spaces if you are using rent-a-car to explore the surroundings.

Some parts might be bit dated (like our bathroom), but nothing special to report about.

Special mentions must be made to Mr. Nikos, the Reservations Manager and all of the gentlemen behind the bar, they are awesome; - Fast, free Wi-Fi; - Very clean room and common areas. The cleaners did an amazing job; - Complimentary cosmetics (liquid soap and shampoo from dispenser); - Complimentary hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee and mineral water); - Towels for the infinity pool and spa are provided by the lifeguard free of charge using towel cards provided by the reception; - Rich buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Highlights included a pancake station; - Room rate was so reasonable we decided to upgrade from Half Board to all-inclusive; - Great lunch buffet and excellent dinner buffet. Saturday night there was a selection of grilled meats and chilled champagne was offered to hotel guests. At both lunch and dinner there was a good selection of salads and desserts (great brownies and better than average quality packaged ice creams); and - On-site mini market with decent selection.

Stunning view at the sea and the coast. Nice pool area. Very good meals - big food choice with fresh ingredients. Some evenings with live music in the lounge. Small supermarket next to the reception open till late night.

The employees are not aware of each other's duties - when I asked for pool towels I was sent back and forth between stuff members and places, it took a long time before I received the towels. Tiny gym. Additional facilities like sauna paid extra (expensive). Strong chemical in the outside pool - my eyes ached each time after swimming.

Lot of guests from Russia, I don´t want to spend my hollidays with turist from an aggressive country murdering civilians in a neighboring country.
