Hotel feels renovated, working staff is very welcoming and helpful. Food is amazing. Entertaining team did very good job. Koukou move dance 4 life 😄

Rooms could be bigger. No shuttle straight to location, taxi costs around 70€.

The staff were absolutely amazing with our 1 year old daughter and were very accommodating to our needs! Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay and informative. The pancake lady, Georgina was absolutely lovely, including George who gave us a banana for our fussy daughter every morning from the kitchen 😊, Theo from the Asian restaurant who requested the chef do a small spag bowl for our daughter - everyone was generally amazing! The guy who did the mini discos energy was incredible which our daughter loved too! Everyone on reception were super friendly and helpful

The high chairs that had the tables that could unattach did not fit onto the table securely and could slide forwards and backwards just to bear in mind that little ones can catch their fingers which our daughter did twice and definitely let us know about it with a shrill scream! We realised the high chair with the fixed table suited her better and meant she couldn’t accidentally hurt herself so we just used that one instead 😊 didn’t like that everyone put there towels down super early and even though half were definitely empty at points in the day there were no sunbeds at times!! Same as every hotel I guess!

Loved the layout and the rooms. Spacious, loved the small balconies. Loved the breakfast buffet. Was really happy with the location.

The lunchtime restaurant food was bad both occasions we ordered. And this wasn’t the free all inclusive lunch. Would have loved to have had the option of other restaurants to be open more hours.

- Hotel was really close to the beach. - Restaurant for lunch and especially for dinner has nice view to the sea and moon. - Receptionist who was present during our arrival early in the morning was soo soo nice. He really started a great stay. - Dinks (Maitai)

- The evening animation program was sometimes funny, but not in a good way, especially some singers were even worse then the karaoke ones. Slovak girl from animation team can sing way better, give her one evening and it will be much better. - The meat (lunch and dinner) was really well done, even beef which is supposed to be medium was really dry. - The meal was quite repetitive, after a few days we have almost same dishes.

The private pool-jacuzzi was amazing. The all-inclusive package had many options for drinks, cocktails, etc. The restaurant had a sea view and the options for lunch and dinner were very good. The service "order from sunbed" was very cool. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Location is not very convenient if you dont have a car. It's far from the bars, nightlife and the best beaches of Protaras. The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Very friendly staff. Kind especially the man name Stavros at the reception and a lady name Maria to the Kamares restaurant. Hotel was having a nice and satisfying food. lovely view and big pool.

I didn’t liked that a house close to the hotel was beeping for two days and night in a raw and we couldn’t sleep properly. wish hotel was offering to us a room that was more quiet.

Location was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and breakfast was very good.

I only stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and emailed before travel to book the a la carte restaurant. I was told this was not necessary. On arrival both a la Cartes were fully booked for the duration of my stay and I was unable to visit them - this was very disappointing as this was precisely what I was trying to avoid by contacting the hotel pre-travel.

I thought the hotel was lovely, fabulous location with a promenade and a few wonderful sandy coves within a few minutes walk. The two outside pools were small but really nice and the bar staff and all the staff were super nice.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like really but if I had to think of something the only thing is I would have preferred hotter food at the buffet.

I liked the place where the hotel is located the most. The surroundings are perfect, perfect for a vacation. Beautiful view from all sides
