Location near the beach, excellent view directly to the beach, comfortable spacious rooms, nice outdoors and indoors pool, rich breakfast

There were not enough parking places inside the hotel area, nor guaranteed sunbeds for hotel residents (you should put your towel to reserve before going for breakfast). We also missed some fruits at the breakfast (there were only oranges and grapefruits). Lastly, the single beds in a twin room are rather small.

We loved the character of the place, it is not an all inclusive resort which was very important for us. The place is new, beautifully decorated and very clean. Is it next to the sea and beautiful promenade that you can walk to the city center. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast and exotic ara parrot were cherries on the cake. The staff is friendly and taking really good care of guests. It was a great stay and we are looking forward to come back. Greetings to everyone!

We wish the food was outstanding, as it was our expectations - it was good but not the best. Also if sauna would be free of charge, we would love to use interior pool everyday. The water in the outside pool could be heated. Making all that our dreams would come true :) Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant, specially thanks to Tatiana who really cares about her guests and treats them individually which is very desired nowadays.

Facilities and location is great, very clean and new. staff was friendly also.

the food here for such a nice hotel was awful. I would stay away from an all inclusive or even the breakfast.

Everything!! Truly everything was amazing! But first I need to say that, before going to the hotel I read all the reviews….. and I don’t know what they where talking about….. first the receptionist Alina, Darina and even the Manager!!! They where always happy to help always smiling always just like LA standards!!! Really %10000 on Customer Service!!! I can’t say enough about it! I would def go back again!!! And I did the mistake that I read that the food was meh…. And honestly I think someone wrote on purpose bad reviews Food was soooo yummy! The ingredients where fresh, and good and just really good food!!!

Exceptional building and decoration. Very clean rooms. Very clean lobby area. Nice breakfast.

Only 2 persons spoke Greek. By the time the first language of the place you are visiting is Greek you must have staff that speaks Greek. Not enough staff. Is not possible only one person to be in charge for the swimming pool. Also the swimming pool was cleaned only one time a day. The playground was messy all times. With no one in charge.

We booked the standard room with inland view, it was a great surprise, when on our arrival the receptionist said that they are giving us an upgraded room for free, and it was one of the best rooms in the hotel, on the third floor, with large veranda, beautiful round outdoor sofa and amazing sea view. We were really lucky by the time when the hotel was fully booked. Very nice outdoor and indoor pool areas, walking distance to the beach! Nice design, everything is new.

The breakfast was poor, not a good option for the guests who choose all inclusive option. Pool bar stuff was very slow, needs attention of the management! By my opinion, such a nice boutique hotel has to be for Adults only, screaming kids, flying balls over your head are annoying when you are trying to relax!

The hotel is very nice and clean and the location is amazing close to several beautiful beaches. We also liked that it was a little off the usual touristic places and the silence. We enjoyed some early mornings and late evenings on the balcony and it was not that loud. We liked it a lot. The pool was big. The breakfast was very good with fresh ingredients and a lot to choose from.

The pool is open from 8 AM. However, you can only get beach towels at 9AM. We wanted to use the pool at 8 AM and didn’t get a towel. People reserved their sunbeds already the night before.

The staffs are friendly and their service is good (requested to arrange extra bedding for my kid and they came in good time). Not to mention they served us the welcome champagne upon arrival. Speaking of the location, it is strategically situated near the Potami beach accessible by walk. They serve hotel breakfast like bacon, egg, cheese, sausage, salads, fruits, pudding, breads, cereals, fresh orange juice, hot beverages and others. Also, my kid loves the ham sandwich from the pool bar, she said it’s tasty.

1) The bathroom could be improved with sliding door and shower screen door: -The door can’t be opened when the floor mat is placed on the front door; -As there is no shower door, water is splashing all over the floor when showering. 2) Drinking water

A lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and spa, highly friendly and caring staff who helped us whenever we needed and were always so kind.

The location was a bit of a turn off. It was around 15 minutes away (by walk) from the center.

- nice and well equipped rooms - hotel's services (pool bar, reception, welcome drink, cleaning) - we got a free upgrade to a very nice room with see view - pool area was very nice, with enough space - entertainment services - comfortable beds

- bad location (far from the city and beautiful big beaches) small beach was near but it wasn't that nice - food was terrible (same breakfast options every morning, even rotten food was served (happened twice)) - buffet lunch was made from the same food that was served on breakfast (beans, sausage..)
