Very friendly staff we were late on check in but still waiting and assisted at immediately. Room are spacious and walking distance from the beach.

The bathroom was decent but it could be renovated as it feels bit old.

The room was minimalist but clean and comfortable. The reception staff were warm and to me friendly and helpful. The team responded quickly and easily to a couple of questions I had. They always acknowledged me when I came through reception which, as a solo traveller, is always appreciated.

Not a case of 'not liking' but the pool area would be even nicer with pool towels were provided. It would be super safer if there was a small grab rail in the shower/bath. Soap n shampoo on a bath surface are not a great combo!

The provision of clean towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom, added a touch of luxury and convenience to our stay. One of the highlights of our room was the air-conditioning system, which provided excellent cooling throughout our stay, making it a welcome escape from the summer heat. Another perk was the smart TV, boasting a wide array of channels, ensuring we had ample entertainment options during our downtime. Throughout our stay, we found ourselves gravitating towards the bar and swimming pool area. The service at the bar was exceptional, and we were pleased to find that the prices were reasonable, allowing us to indulge without breaking the bank. As for the swimming pool, it proved to be a true oasis. Not only was it impeccably clean, but its size allowed for a peaceful and enjoyable experience, avoiding any feelings of overcrowding that often plague other hotels. The breakfast spread was nothing short of impressive. With an array of coffee options, cereals, eggs, bacon, and more, we found ourselves spoiled for choice. The kitchen staff ensured that everything was well-stocked and presented beautifully, making for a delightful morning routine. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing.

Loved breakfast, very tasty, good for vegetarian. Big wheelchair accessible room, air condition, TV, fridge, balcony, space. Very close beach-600 m. VERY VERY VERY friendly staff. Thank you for everyone for your help, job and always smiling faces. And BIG thanks for beach workers. Guys, you are amazing! We very enjoyed SEATRAC and we miss you a lot!

Very very clean good food but not what we where looking for

To much off a wait for food and drinks but staff was amazingly friendly but when you go all inclusive you want to make use off it

Clean room, and breakfast was great.

The wifi internet was not available in our room. The connection was poor and you had to pay for better quality of internet. Also there was not parking space available at any time.

Tidy, clean, the mattress was comfy

Slow service - we showed up 2 hours after the check in time and our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for 40 minutes.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

The first day the coffee machine was broken, but the stuff brought us coffee from the bar.

Super nice.
