Staff was above our expectations, the infinity pool, food (Best Chéf from Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😋), animation team. Rooms was big and comfy. I recommend this resort only for families with small kids and for elders! For teen couples i recommend only resorts from Ayia napa (every day and night we took the bus to Ayia Napa, during the days we took it for their beaches and during the night for their nightlife.)

The beach in front of the resort isn't matching our expectations and it don't look like in photos provided by hotel on booking.

We had all-inclusive which included all meals and a lot of drinks. We were blown away by the quality and variety of food for every meal, so even if you're a picky eater, you won't have any problems here. As for drinks, the variety was great and we wouldn't add anything else. The rooms were nice and clean, the furniture and decoration is not new, modern and fancy, but it goes with the vibe of the entire hotel. The AC in the room is great and you can control it. Beds are super comfy. They organize activities every day except Monday and you can participate in beach volleyball, water volley, water polo, darts, pilates, yoga, stretching, and much more. There's also a space for kids, but we traveled as a couple so I can't say a lot about that. The hotel provides towels, and adapters for the power plugs in rooms if necessary, they are very accommodating and what we really appreciate is that last they let us keep our all-inclusive bracelets even after check-out and have lunch/drinks. We checked in very late on our first day and skipped a meal, so it was great that we could have a meal on the last day of our stay even after check-out. Also, when we checked-in, it was almost midnight so they left sandwiches, fruits and drinks in the fridge. There's also a beach right there, however, all beaches in Cyprus are public and you need to pay for sunbeds. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty small, it has a narrow entry, but you can swim a bit further out, and then you have all the space you need. If you don't like it, you can walk 5 minutes from the hotel to the next beach, which is also beautiful.

The location of the hotel is good, there are a lot of shops around, but if you want a central Protaras location, this is not it. The hotel is 2km from Protaras, HOWEVER, there's a beautiful path along the coast that leads your right to Protaras. So you can take this nice stroll to Protaras. Also, this is mostly a family hotel. We were there for 7 days and there were not a lot of children (we got lucky I guess :) ), however as we were leaving a lot of families came. So if you're looking for peace and quiet and not a lot of kids, maybe this isn't the right hotel for you.

Lovely location, good food and friendly staff.

Our room was dated and a bit dirty which was a shame given the cost.

Sea/beachfront location Delicious food and snacks (including healthy options and treats) Friendly and hard-working team of staff Large/spacious apartments Zumba and aqua aerobics Exceptionally clean Two large pools All inclusive option superb value for money Food in fridge on arrival following late flight (thank you) Pool lifeguards Guests from lots of different countries Beach towels and dressing gowns supplied.

Rooms are a little dated (but immaculately clean and spacious) The animation team is fabulous and hardworking but I’d welcome more variety for the children in the evening (it was the same mini disco every night) and some premium/external acts per week. The evenings didn’t quite work for us. I have a wheat and soy intolerance and soy seemed to be a LOT of dishes. That said, I still managed to devour lots of delicious dishes and I had the best crème brûlée I’ve had in my entire life! The two main pools are both deep, so not ideal for children who can’t yet swim. My little boy is 8 and couldn’t stand up in the pools.

the location is great, it’s next to the beach and the staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate my daughter who is coeliac. we spoke with them every day and they prepared her food fresh each meal. I have three children and they loved the evening entertainment. very good all inclusive.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and the kitchen in our apartment had all necessary facilities. it’s a shame there wasnt more activities for early teens (12-15). they couldn’t join in with the animation games (football, volleyball) as they were only for adults (or the kids club as they were too old for that) it would have been nice for them to be able to have some times set aside for them, even if just 1 activity a day. the site isn’t fenced/gated. it’s easy for anyone to walk onto the complex, but it felt safe enough.

Perfect place to relax with family. Great animations for children. Fantastic food with fabulous desserts. We were checking in at midnight and because we missed the dinner that day, the hotel prepared a salad and sandwiches in our room accompanied with the orange juice and a bottle of wine. Very nice.

Nothing worth to mention.

Spacious and well cleaned rooms with basic but sufficient equipment. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. All services kept on reasonable level. You can’t expect e.g. service around the pool. But the pool bar is working fast and good. Probably the best food we have ever had in the all inclusive resort. Everything very good and huge variety. Even after the week we didn’t get bored by it. Which usually is not the case. Good location with everything you may need in walking distance. Two clean and big enough pools.

Don’t know if it was caused by the end of the season, but would require some extra maintenance. Shower head in our room was not working properly. Some outdoor lamps were broken, some not working at all and so on. Small details, but you notice them. The beach is more of a joke. Just tiny beach with no services except sun beds, not run by hotel but third party.

The property was very suitable for families with children. Our room was big and felt like a little apartment had all the kitchen equipment you can think off though we didn’t use it since we had an all inclusive deal . The food was great and the all inclusive deal kept my children culm and happy. The alcohol choice was great.

Our bathroom was a bit outdated. The mini club for the children is very small and the lights didn’t work. The entertainment was great but a bit too late for my children.

Super comfy beds. Fridge stocked with sandwiches, water, wine, OJ and fruit in arrival. Good accomodation with individually controlled AC units in each room/area. Standard of food was much higher than the usual AI. Omelettes cooked to order at breakfast if required, good range of cooked and continental items for breakfast. Good range of entertainment for all, lots to get involved in if wanted...we saw water polo, volleyball, darts, yoga, stretching, kids clubs, mini disco etc. Always able to find a sun lounger around either one of the 2 pools or on the beach facing grass area. Staff all so lovely and helpful.

Minor details really. We could not find the kids section of the buffet at meal times but the fussy child managed to find something at each meal time and also made use of the afternoon nuggets, chips and waffles at the snack bar. Cocktails were made to varying standards across the bars.

The best and most varied hotel food I had so far (we had all inclusive). The rooms were big and comfortable. In the photos you can see a small beach in front, but I actually recommend a larger beach that’s about 100 m to the left, which is very child friendly. We really enjoyed our stat here.
