During my stay at the hotel, there were several aspects that truly stood out and made my experience exceptional. Firstly, the impeccable customer service left a lasting impression. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request, ensuring I felt valued throughout my stay. Moreover, the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, providing a sense of safety and comfort. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a stunning view from the balcony. The on-site dining options also impressed with their delectable cuisine. Overall, it was the combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort that made my stay at this hotel truly enjoyable and memorable.

The room was really comfortable and pleasant with a great view, and they have a self check-in system (I didn’t actually interact with any staff) but it was easy to use. There seemed to be some issue with the electricity in my room, so I called the number they provided and was immediately able to move into a different room.

It might have only been because of the electricity problem and my moving to a different room unexpectedly, but the second one was not entirely clean - the coffee mugs and spoons looked like they had not been cleaned, and there was obvious dirt on the floor. Nothing I couldn’t stand, but should have been cleaner.

We booked an apartment and they gave us a double room giving us 100 reasons for it. After insisting we did get the apartment we had reserved. Therefore, I can not say that the stuff was the best, and I would hate to assume that they were trying to resell the apartment and keep our money too. Given that the hotel just opened, certain amenities, like a lampshade… , should not be missing. Otherwise, all good.

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, the door is working on a code which is very convenient and overall we had everything. Location is perfect. The hotel was recently opened so there was wine and little food in the main hall, which was a nice bonus to our stay.

Everything was alright, just the text messages with the code we received almost every night were not necessary to be sent so often.

Even though they said otherwise, I could enter the room 2 hours earlier by some chance as it was already cleaned and door was not locked. Room had new furniture and was in clean condition. Blackout curtains were nice.

There is some noise from the street, wooden windows cannot seal properly. Apparently it is an old but renovated building, some furniture were shaking when you step on the wooden flooring.

We loved the location. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed.

Check-in and out are online, which is fine as long as it is notified in English (we received messages in Czech). The shower was a nightmare: the water was either boiling or freezing (not sure if it was just our room).

We had an issue with the room when we checked in, however the helpline fixed the issue immediately and we were given a free upgrade.

Totally unmanned reception can be a problem for non tech savy traveller.

In the bathroom I saw the dead insect in the shower.
