A beautiful property located by the river. Personable, helpful, friendly yet professional staff at the reception, the clinic and the spa. Clean and nicely decorated room with fantastic housekeeping services.

A server (manager?) at the restaurant yelling at guests who came in 15 min. earlier or asking for a cup of cappuccino. She definitely needs some basic hospitality training for not acting like a gestapo to guests.

The location is excellent as well as the food and the interior. The swimming pool is also very nice.

The organization of the staff could be better. The person who goes out of his way to make the visit smooth is Sergei. and we are very grateful to him. However, the organization is by no means excellent. I had a print-out from Booking that I will be given a room with a balocony-I was not. The receptionist promised that the next day the issue would be resolved-it wasn't. On the day before our departure I asked for a picnic breakfast as we were leaving early to catch the plane- we were not given anything apart from a cup of coffee.

The rooms were as they appeared on the website. Modern, well decorated, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good the lady who was on duty on the Saturday morning - was fantastic as was the breakfast cook who also assisted with front of house duties. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant. The lady on front desk over the weekend was initially unfriendly however she warmed to us and become very helpful. We really enjoyed the hotels location, we did not have a car so appreciated the location surrounded by cafes & bars. Easy access to the town and walking tracks. We enjoyed the Hotels facilities and the modern decor. We will continue to highly recommend Hotel Corso.

The gentleman on duty at the front desk in the evenings was not so pleasant & really did not want to communicate with us at all. Breakfast service during the weekdays was non existent- the young girl seemed a bit spaced out to us with no attention to detail at all. This was a shame as the rest of the team worked hard to provide a higher level of service.

The room was exceptional - very well decorated, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good - 2/3 egg options (plus a hidden omelette menu on top of the juice machine), french toast, fruit, patisseries, cereal. Enough for vegetarians. The sauna area was very well-maintained and well-decorated - one 6 person sauna, one steam room, swimming pool (with massage jets if you find the hidden buttons), relaxation area with 4 loungers. The bathrobes were comfortable, the staff were very friendly (German is the preferred language after Czech), and the location is incredible - right on the river so you are in the heart of Karlovy Vary.

Parking options were a big minus - there was limited information - the hotel needs to make absolutely clear that there is no on-site parking available (not just "limited"). The wellness area needs more loungers, and to add a third option for guests like a herbal sauna The hamam was closed, there was never anyone at the wellness desk to replace towels or to ask questions Breakfast could be made better with more vegan and vegetarian options like some interesting spreads: beetroot/avocado etc. and more hot options Coffee was middling at best I would have liked more information sheets to be available explaining what is available (like the hidden jet options in the swimming pool - why isn't there a sign?) Bathroom in the room was a bit small

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is located very centrally on a cozy historical street close to a river. We had a wonderful view of the river and the city’s theater. Although the hotel is in a historical building, the design is modern and beautiful. The employees were polite and friendly, providing us with essential information. We really liked the variety of dishes at breakfast and the good coffee. The proximity to the main attractions was a major advantage. Additionally, there is a warm swimming pool and sauna, which we enjoyed very much. There is also a great opportunity to rent a book in the children’s room on the first floor, which is convenient if you forgot a book, as the books are in different languages. We would definitely stay at the hotel again when we return to Karlovy Vary.

Cute little beautiful hotel right next to the river. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, and room felt relaxing and peaceful. Everything was impeccably clean. Great value for what you get!

The air conditioner in my room was loud. Luckily it wasn't too hot so I turned it off and opened the windows. The pool is small, especially when there are other guests using it at the same time. The shower also didn't drain well. These were minor issues for me and I still enjoyed my stay very much.

This was the second time we have stayed in this beautiful, small hotel. It's right in the pedestrian zone and therefore very quiet. Shops, restaurants and the colonnades and the springs are very easy to reach on foot. The breakfast buffet is simple but of good quality and the rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated. We also really liked the wellness area with pool and sauna, which can be used free of charge. The hotel is also a good starting point for hikes, as it is located right on the outskirts of town and after a few meters you are directly in the forest. It won't be our last stay at this hotel.

EVERYTHING! Location is perfect. This hotel is a ***** resort. Breakfast is amazing. A great variety of everything fresh, especially fresh-backed pastries. Restaurant-white tablecloth, dishes, silverware, service like a ***** restaurant. We even had champaign one morning. Bedding looks so new and crisp, as sheets were just taken out of the package. Heated pool with an underwater massage, sauna, white bathrobes and sleepers-everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Staff is very-very helpful, friendly, and ready to go out of their way to please their customers. Lenka-hotel manager (I hope I didn't misspell her name) is a gem. In my opinion, this hotel is way underpriced for all the amenities it offers. We ravel all over the world-around 40 night per year and I'm a review queen. I take writing reviews very seriously. In my humble opinion, they are very helpful. I always read them. I hope, other travelers are doing the same trying to find good accommodations and good value. I'm always very objective. When I read mediocre review online prior to my stay, I was a little hesitant; however, if I even tried really hard to find something wrong with this hotel, I would not be able to do so. Kudos to the staff and management. I hope other travelers will enjoy their stay as much as I did. I regret we were there for three nights only.

NOTHING. Everything was PERFECT.

The room was amazing, and we could see they made an effort to ensure we had a great experience by staying there. Spacious room and very clean bathroom. Water pressure and temperature of the shower are top notched. It is also very well located where there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice selection of breakfast as well. Overall an amazing stay.

Nothing really. I think the sauna/spa area could be bigger. Many space were occupied with other tourists when we tried to use the sauna. Would be great if the area is bigger, but it is not something I will be crying over with.
