This is a premium, luxury hotel in the pinpoint perfect center location of the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary. We were traveling as a family of 4 adults and booked the fabulous, clean, roomy, two-story penthouse. Two bathrooms made things much easier. Robes, slippers, great service - everything was exceptional. Staff was kind and attentive. Pool and spa were lovely.

Very disappointing was this: when we booked on booking.com, every listing for the Promenáda Romantic Hotel bore a green banner across the listing saying "Breakfast Included." I was excited about breakfast being included and booked the hotel. When I received my booking confirmation, however, it stated that breakfast was 13€ per person. Confused, I messaged the property and they said breakfast was not included with my reservation. I contacted customer service at booking.com and they confirmed that the listing I booked had the banner saying "Breakfast Included." They contacted the property on my behalf, but the hotel said no breakfast was included in my reservation. I am still confused about why this happened but accepted it and kept the reservation.

The quality and service are simply decent. The interior design is very good looking and cozy. Staff is thoughtful, breakfast is rich and delicious, location is great, and the pool is amazing!

The hotel can be more eco-friendly oriented. For example, use a larger container for shower and shampoo etc. instead of the tiny plastic bottles, use liquid soup instead of a solid one wrapped in a plastic packaging, I used it for a short stay which made me feel guilty, I do hope it is somehow recyclable. Moreover, I don’t think it is necessary to wrap the bathrobes and shoes in a plastic bag. It might be out of hygienic reason but I’ve stayed in many other 4star hotels and most of them don’t do it, which is totally acceptable. I didn’t use the bathrobe purely because I didn’t want to waste the plastic packing.

We spent a weekend in Karlovy Vary and were very pleased with the accommodation in Promenada Romantic Hotel. Great location in the city centre, but nevertheless quiet during the night, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Hotel has an indoor pool and a small sauna. The breakfast was good with many choices. We also recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The dinner there was a memorable experience.

My family stayed and had a dinner. As many reviewers mentioned on this website and google maps, dinner was fantastic. Also, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.

I don't think swimming pool was also as expected. Temperature of water was not warm.

The position of the the hotel is fantastic, just step out and you are in the city center. We also enjoyed the restaurant, the food was great and the staff there super friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic, looks much better in reality than in the pictures

Most members of the staff were kind and helpful, still there was an exception were we felt the receptionist didn't like to talk with us and help us.

The Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Downtown Karlovy Vary with many Restaurants, Bars and Shops around. We stayed 2 Nights there during our Ski-Trip in Klinovec. The Breakfast was nice with some Food Varieties. The room we booked was clean, tidy and quiet. It was also pretty nice to chill in the Swimming Pool and Sauna after Skiing all day. It definitely added to our Trip. But what I'm really grateful for is the ease of Communication with the Hotel Staff. I forgot my Necklace & realised when I was already no longer in Czech. I contacted the Hotel and they responded Immediately, found the Necklace and sent it to my per Post, so thanks again :).

Great location; comfortable beds; quiet rooms. The restaurant is exceptional

Breakfast is quite poor but ok for that price. What we didn’t like was the shower in one of the rooms (203) - old stained shower cabin, old hardly functioning shower head, it’s hard to adjust the water temperature.

The staff was very nice and solicit, the breakfast was very good, the room was very big and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The sauna was also great.

The pool was on the colder side, so we couldn't use it, since the weather was bad. The checkout is at 10 am, which didn't bother us, because we had an early bus, but it is a bit too early on normal situations.

The rooms are huge and very very comfortable. The pool is rather small, but still nice and fun to be at. The best part about the hotel though is the restaurant. The food, the staff, the interior are absolutely lovely. The staff were more than happy to make accommodation for the dietary restrictions (vegetarian) for one of the guests in our party. They prepared a delicious vegetarian dish which wasnt on the menu. We ate at the restaurant twice and both times, the meals were perfect and we were left wanting for more. They offer parking as well, you only need to reach the hotel and they park your car for you and bring it back once you need it, again right at the hotel door. The location is also perfect, right at the center, really 2 min walk from the hot springs. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is rather basic, but still alright. We wanted to get some spa treatments done, and had mailed the hotel beforehand also, but unfortunately they were not able to arrange anything for us. Probably, because of Covid, the demand for such services is very less. We ended up going to another spa for the treatments.

The hotel has a great location with friendly staff. The room was large and there was a good breakfast. The restraunt is also excellent.

You need to book treatments 3-4 days in advance. No kettle/coffee maker in the room.
