We spent here a really nice week. Family 2+2. Hotel has a nice design, is located near the city center and near the aqua park and IQLand. Just a few minute walk. A few minute drive from the ski slope. Room was clean and big. The restaurant is nice. Both breakfast and dinner were of a really good quality. The waiters in the main restaurant are really friendly. I’d definitely go back to this hotel.

Not a huge deal but there was a plate with sweets in our room. The sheet of paper with prices was under all the sweets on the plate. Feels a bit like hotel is trying to deceive you hiding the information you have to pay for certain stuff. Also, there’s a coffee machine with coffee caps with no information it’s an additional fee. The information is there on the sheet under the sweets. I find it funny. I have no problem with paying for extra things. Just be transparent about it. It leaves a bit of a bad impression after otherwise a really good stay at the hotel. One more thing is that a bartender at the lobby seems like he’s not really enjoying his job. Not the nicest person in the world.

We liked this hotel! We loved the jacuzzi in the bath and the air-conditioning worked perfectly on the hottest weekend of the year. Also, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff at the breakfast were amazing: very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our nicely designed room.

There was no pricing list for the mini bar in our room and in general not very much information was clearly displayed in the room. We read that there is a welcoming drink, but we did not receive any.

amazing breakfast, bath with bubble function, modern design with remote controller even for curtains and led lights. Very comfortable bed.

price was bit higher for hotel outside of old town, online check its nice if i do it in advance, but if I have to do it at the reception and filled manually on mobile or tablet all personal data and twice i have to add bank card due to deposit and paying of hotel...its takes a lot of time. Plus we have to validate our cards, but nowhere was written number of room, so we needed to ask receptionist anyway for our number, also paying for carpark i have to do through receptionist.

When you check in after 2pm, you are greeted with tapas at the reception and coupons for welcome drinks. Breakfast is great as it has a big selection of food which is even prepared right next to you. Employees were very helpful, attentive and hard-working. If you're into it, there's a free pool table as well. The rooms have everything you might need. Hotel is located literally 5 mins walk from train/bus station and the city center/shopping malls. There is a nearby tram/bus stop if you want to go to Ještěd or the zoo.

These are very minor things we thought could serve as tips to improve the room we stayed in. Otherwise, guests have nothing to worry about. Specifically in our design room (520 | Hawaiian Snow) the electric sockets were in hard to reach places. You had to climb on the bed to charge your phone :) It would be better to have extra sockets near the table or the armchair. In the bathroom, more towel/bathrobe hangers could have been nice.

I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, there is a tram stop to Jested or Zoo just 2 minutes away from the hotel, which was very convenient. The bar is open for 24 hours. Parking lot available in front of the hotel.

+ location - close to a train station, bus station, central bus station; there is also a mall nearby + AC + big bathtub + large safe - I was able to put my full frame camera, telephoto lens and tablet there with space to spare + room design - look & feel - very elegant, stylish, lot of mirror/glass everywhere, color changing ambient lights are a nice touch + room design - practicality - location of labeled light switches, number and location of wall outlets, pull out drawer in the closet with a kettle, remote controlled curtains, storage space drawer under the bed and probably more things I can't remember right now + welcome note + info about who prepared the room for you + all room amenities you can think of (e.g. kettle, nespresso machine, ironing board, umbrella, toiletries, ...) + great breakfast options - there should be no issue for people with food intolerancies/allergies or healthy food junkies to put a breakfast together; I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw soy milk there + staff - polite, nice, helpful; when I had an issue with the lock in my room on the second day, they let me choose a new room from all unoccupied designer rooms (I chose a room called Beauty of the North, simple, elegant, lot of light wood surfaces, glass door to bathroom) + price to comfort/service ratio is incredible All in all, this was my best hotel experience ever and I am very likely to stay there next time I am in Liberec, or try out another hotel from Pytloun chain in other locations in the future. Thanks a lot to the two amazing receptionists who were there during my stay.

Basically nothing. The room lock issue was a slight inconvenience, but stuff like this is expected to happen from time to time. And I really liked how the staff handled the issue.

Excellent hotel, in the center of the city and with the possibility of parking. The bedrooms are very well equipped. The service of the staff (reception and restaurant) excellent, very professional. Very complete and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is very beautiful. It's located near the center and there is a parking lot on the opposite side of the street. The rooms are really modern and nice, you don't hear the neighbours nor the passing trams. There are interesting lights in the rooms. The beds are large and comfortable and the breakfast is great. The remote controls for the curtains was suprising, but then it turned out it was actually compfy. I recommend this hotel!

I like the breakfasts which were excellent. It was great that everything was close to the hotel (city centre, bus station, train station, shops,...).

I didn't like that car parking was not included in the price (that was not clear from information on booking.com and it is paid per the whole day, not per hours). Hotel is surrounded by parking zones (they are valid from 8 am to 6 pm in working day) and it was not possible to buy the parking ticket for them one day in advance (one has to get up in the morning and buy the ticket in the morning).

Comfortable space beautifully decorated room with the great beds. They offer 3 types of pillows, amazing! Different types of lights in the room. Full minibar (for payment) and coffee/tea gratis. the breakfast is very good and offers you great choice. The kid’s playground-room next to the restaurant is a huge help for the families with kids :)

just suggestion: it would be great to provide the list of TV channels and include at least one kids channel in Czech.
