We enjoyed our stay in the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in the beautiful city of Pilsen. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff and accommodated right away even though we arrived early. We did tremendously enjoy our breakfast. It was very rich in variety and the waiter offered us custom tailored goodies from the kitchen should we choose so. But there was no need, because everything we could wish for was right there at the table. We parked our car in the hotel's parking garage. It is expensive, but available. The hotel is located at the edge of the old city and the main square is just a few minutes walk away.

Our room was in the fourth floor somewhat at the corner of the quiet road in front of the hotel's main entrance and the very busy road running at the side of the hotel. The noise is blanked out quite well if the window is closed, but opening it produced a constant noice of cars rushing by. If you are sensitive to surround noice you may want to check with the hotel if they have more quiet options available.

Check in was fast and staff came out with us to check where we parked was ok, which was helpful of them Given 2 key cards which is always helpful as well Had to use key card to activate lift to go up to rooms - nice security feature Great size room and TV (ice hockey world cup could be watched!) Separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided Staff helpful Great location

Fridge - turned on per instructions, didn't run very cold Bottle of water would be czk50 - at czk3000 or so per night, you'd have thought they'd throw this in ;) Noise of ice machine beiung used heard in room Shower only - no bath More sockets and mirror in main room would be helpful (mirrors on cupboard doors but mean a more ''open'' one you could sit at to get ready...)

Best hotel in Plzen. The room was very well equipped and location central. Everyone at the reception was very helpful but special mention goes to Nathalie for fixing my transport to the event the whole weekend and back to Prague. Also, if you are lucky to experience the breakfast in the morning, Akhi will ensure to meet your needs with the food and coffee. His dedication to each of the guests makes the whole experience a 5 stars. I will definitely come back next time in Plzen

Location of the hotel is just great. It was clean and comfortable. Wide range of breakfast buffet.

Well, we booked a room with a kings/double bed, however there were only rooms with 2 separate beds available. They said it’s a common issue for Booking.com reservations. Also the receptionist was not able to be clear about the money blocked on the card so we had to double check why they charged us more initially. Moreover we were given the document to sign upon check-in only in English. I would expect them to distinguish the guest´s mother tongue.

Parking available under the hotel is VERY narrow and inconvenient: decided to park the car in the paid parking house instead across the street. Among the small bathroom canvenients only soap was provided (no shower cap, body lotion, etc) - if that’s rekevant. Located by the busy street, so some rooms are exposed to the traffic sounds.

Customer care is really important at this hotel - special thanks go to Fredy and rest of the breakfast crew as well as to the great reception staff! Excellent location close to the city centre with safe underground parking. Comfortable and clean room. Fitness centre open 24/7 with a nice selection of equipment in good condition. Fantastic breakfast buffet catering for all tastes.

What made our stay at the Marriott was mostly because of the staff especially Fredy from the restaurant at breakfast who went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for ourselves and our young grandson. Exceptional service deserves recognition.

Helpful and professional staff, amazing location, clean room, comfortable bed. Having the ice machine outside our door was great. Little store downstairs next to the main desk came in handy a few times at night when shops were closed and we needed a bite to eat. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great: perfect check-in process, extremely quick with professional personnel (who spoke excellent English). The room was big, clean and up to the expectations. The cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful when contacted. The price was convenient and the location good too (close to the city center, to the brewery and a big, safe and cheap parking is just 2 across the street).

Central position, very good breakfast, polite staff. If cheaper, excellent choice.

There was not a big single problem. The only thing is that the whole establishment looks like from 2000's (if not 1990's) and charges the prices of luxury hotels of 2023.
