Parkhotel Plzen

Very large hotel, located in quiet outskirt area. Easy access from nearest highway. Wide parking for hotel guests. Large rooms, very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice high level restaurant.

The worst pillows I ever had in hotel - they are large and flat. This is definitely what could be upgraded. I got at the time, when kids are celebrating graduating the school in the hotel's premises. Unfortunately, this spoiled impression - kids was noisy and loud, they were running hallways like elephants, loud music, somebody drunk yelling in the microphone... Total disaster all night long. I guess, hotel must decide - they are working for people, who are staying in hotel or at this night hotel for visitors is closed and kids are celebrating... But both together is impossible.

The hotel was ok, but not more than that. The rooms are ok but not like extra nice.

I would not recommend the restaurant, the food isn't good. We were really disappointed with the plates we had. I recommend you change the menu, it's better to add in the menu the typical chicken with mashed potatoes then 'the experiences plates' the chef is trying to make.

The breakfast was the best! Great value for money when it comes to the location, food, and facilities. Also the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely come here again next year for the Metal Fest.

The only small thing was that the guys staying next door to us were talking really loudly in the mornings and the evenings. But overall, we got really good sleep and felt rested.

I requested a room with a bath and was assigned a room with a a large bathtub that I although being on the larger size could comfortably fit into, not sure if this is the standard room or if it was an upgrade. The breakfast was good continental style although could use some houska rolls.

The pool although nice closed at 6pm, especially during the evening time in the summer when I was there I would have appreciated if it was possible to take a swim after dinner/getting back from activities

The location of the hotel is exceptional as it is just beside a very large park. The pool is very good. The fitness center is big and full of equipment. The air condition is very effective. The wifi is very good. The stuff is friendly. The breakfast was nice. One of the best hotels I have ever been in Europe.

The swimming pool is closing very early (6 pm) in summer. For those who are back from work, they will not have enough time to enjoy the pool.

The Breakfast was excellent, Cleanness of the room & Hotel was perfect, as a suggestion, the Minibar or at least a bottle of drinking Water shall be prepared and provided for the guests; since the refrigerator was existing but was empty

There was no even a bottle of water in the rooms and the Minibar services was not provided, it's considered to offer on behalf of hotel for the guests since the refrigerator was existing at the room but were empty

Best breakfast buffet of our trip. Excellent Czech soup and meals for kids. Our 2 Rooms connected but the booking was for one room for four. Amazing value just hour from Prague Airport. Nice lobby bartender.

Pool looked so nice in 34C 95F day but doesn't open til 10am so no morning swim before going to airport.

I forgot something very important thing in the bathroom. Staff collected and sent me via post. Well received. Díky moc!

Chinese guests in the next door were very happy and noisy. Windows were open. At 1.00 a.m. I called the reception. They solved the issue. The night was very short. We felt very tired.

Beautiful place, clean and nice pool, great breakfast, easy transport to centar, nice park in the neighborhood, staff is polite and friendly. We were thinking that there will be a problem for our dog (Yorkie terrier 2kg) but everyone was more then good to us and him. Hotel is clean and nice. Recommend for pleasure and sport activities (tennis, pool, running)

It was very clean and well maintained with modern fittings and a lot of space in the apartment

The room cleaners did not check or refilled the hand wash soap as well as the coffee capsules. The room service from the hotel restaurant brought our food to the room uncovered while we could hear her coughing, hopefully not over our food.
