The staff were very helpful, especially as we had a few small issues with the parking and the door to the room. They were overcome quickly and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The apartment was very large and comfortable, it had air conditioning which was very appreciated on a hot weekend. The location is good , most places in Pilsen could be reached in a 10-20 minute walk. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of options.

The shower in the bathroom was quite small even though the bathroom was huge! The bath in the bathroom is a normal bath and not a jacuzzi.

This hotel has a central location and we were really impressed by the breakfast offer. The room was clean and the beds were spacious for a family of four, given the price which we found was very friendly. The parking was extra, but in an inner courtyard behind a barrier and the price was very reasonable as well. The Pilsner beer along with water in the room was a very appreciated Czech gesture! The ice box for it worked fine as well.

The TV didn't work at the beginning, but they promised to fix it right away. We weren't actually planning to watch it, so we asked them to do it afterwards.

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Parking in the yard even with possibility to charge plug in hybrid car for free was nice. Breakfast was also good.

It was very cold weather, around minus 10, and I requested in advance room to be warm, but it wasn't really the case. However staff ensured me they did what they could. Also in years I've spent on the hotels around the world, I've never seen that toilet door wouldn't have any ratchet to close them, so it felt like doing a need in the kitchen.. Some details could be improved.

I had never stayed in this part of Pilsen before, but I would do so again. The price for a stay with breakfast was unbeatable and the room I had was big enough for me, it was quiet (I slept really well) and the people working there that I met at breakfast this morning was very friendly and didn't laugh too much at my attempts to speak Czech.

I got eight (8) emails from the hotel in the 24 hours before my arrival - it was an automatic system, but I found it a little annoying.

The location was perfect, 5-minute walk and we found ourselves on the main square. The receptionist was really friendly and gave us self-initiatively information on the wine festival that took place in the centre during our stay. Breakfast was generous and creative and the tables were continually filled in with food. Our apartment was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom and a firm, solid bed.

Personally I liked the firm bed and had a goodnight sleep, but it would probably not be everyone´s cup of tea.

The room was of a very good size. The bathroom was well kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient - all of the main sights were in a walking distance. It was quiet and the blinds were good enough for sleeping until late morning. The staff was very helpful. Bonus - you can have some freshly squeezed juice with your breakfast. If we ever visit Pilsen again, we're definitely staying at Hotel Plzen.

More vegetarian breakfast options would be appreciated, but breakfast was pretty good in general.

Very nice and welcoming staff, convenient location right next to the synagogue. It was just a few minutes walk to the center of town. Also the bed was very comfy and the breakfast had a large and tasty selection!

The coffee did not taste good, but that is a minor complaint!

Nice and cute hotel with a parking space. Comfortable bed and cosy room. A very nice present was waiting for us in the room. It was so sweet :) Nice breackfast with a scrembled eggs and variaty of juces and chesses and ham. Close to the grear synagogue and Plzen Plaza, where is a lot of shops, coffes and car wash service:)))

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago (which is why I returned again this fall). One reason is the convenient parking in the courtyard. Another reason is the wonderful breakfast! Fresh home-made crepes! Little home-made cheeses! And prosecco at breakfast! I really can’t imagine a better breakfast anywhere!

The staff were very welcoming from the first moment we arrived. The family room was clean and spacious. We slept very well. The location was very central so we managed a spot of sightseeing. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful with lots of choice for everyone. Thank you!!!
