Currently the best hotel near the old town - against competitors both from 4 and 5 star category. The hotel is brand new, opened in 2023, so that's certainly an advantage over everybody else, since most hotels in this area are old or ageing. This includes those rated as 5 star. Better, upmarket brands are further away from the old town, so much less convenient if you want to take a walk to prime spots. Very good breakfast, with good items in the a'la carte menu (included in the price). Deluxe room came with a small kitchenette, stove and microwave - convenient if you had a little too much for dinner outside but you'd like to reheat it later. Street parking (you'll need hotel to book it for you) is surprisingly easy for the location.

Serve strawberries with whipped cream for breakfast every day! Only had them once! ;-)

Superb location, excellent customer service, clean, quiet, friendly, and good value for money. The bar was also excellent!

I didn’t like that they don’t explain the breakdown of any additional cost at checkout. It would be better to explain and clearly show how much will be deducted from hold amount and how much will be refunded, for better customer transparency. Additionally, the window drapes are not equipped with sunlight blockers and it keeps waking the customer up everyday early in the morning, especially if the room is facing east. Would suggest to add sunlight blocker drapes.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels in Prague. the rooms are very clean very functional and we've been very comfortable. The employees were incredibly concerned and polite. The breakfast was truly amazing. It is very close to the center and within walking distance of all locations. We would also like to thank the front office manager Filip for his interest and helpfulness. We are grateful to the chef of the hotel for the wonderful breakfast and the wonderful hot wine.

Excellent breakfast. It was great going out exploring on a full stomach. Room was squeaky clean. It had a brand new smell to it, but it felt so well built and classically high end. We slept with windows opened and loved the fresh air. Restaurants which we enjoyed were all around. Garnet jewelry store, grocery stores, liquor store, old town square within 5-minute walk. Managers were amazing. We were greeted with a glass of wine. For a minute we thought we were back on the Oceania cruise we just disembarked. The price point we paid at Allure was extremely reasonable. Would I recommend it—absolutely.

I wish the tub hadn’t been so high. It was a little hard getting into the shower. Yet I did it.

I am a VERY frequent traveller, I travel for work a lot and often end up in very luxurious hotels. I also travel a lot for leisure, and visit from hostels up. I have NEVER had a better experience than the one I had in this hotel! Everything was basically perfect. Let's start grom the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, polite, the perfect balance between being present but discrete. A special mention goes to the general manager, Martin at breakfast and another guy at reception (unfortunately I didn't notice his name tag, but it's the guy who checked me in) - they made my stay extra special. Hotel was beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed, floor heated bathroom, great lighting, excellent toiletries products...all the small details that make a hotel comfy! I could go on forever but in short: this was the best hotel stay of my whole life!

Fantastic reception on arrival, but the service started the day before as they effortlessly organised my airport transport when I asked them to, and it was very a pleasant luxury taxi. Breakfasts were nice, fresh and a variety to choose from. Plus they always asked if we wanted anything to meet any dietary requirements we may have had. Waiters really friendly and very quick at keeping our table clear. Staff where very attentive as they recognised it was my wife's special birthday during our stay so at breakfast they put a plate of treats together as a birthday cake with a candle and sang happy birthday, then in the afternoon when we returned the duty manager brought a bottle of Prosecco to our room and wished the wife happy birthday.

While booking in I was made aware of the deposit requirements which I didn't mind but was not told that the deposit would increase during the stay as we added to our room bill. A bit of a shock when the bank text told me the deposit requested was 4x the agreed deposit. Ultimately the bill needed paying so the money was available in my bank account I used for the holiday so didn't cost me anything extra. The breakfasts didn't rotate during week so although breakfast was good it became repetitive.

Very friendly and considerate staff. we received a nice welcome drink and some helpful hints from the receptionist. Everything is clean and well organised, the location is excellent, in the middle of the old town with plenty of restaurants and sites around. Beautiful room for our family of three, super comfy beds and the extra bed was also very comfortable. it’s a newly done up and well maintained hotel. Bathroom is impeccable.

The breakfast room is in the basement floor (no windows and therefore no natural light). Although the breakfast is quite good, it is tight there, in a long room separated by pillars and it gets crowded and hectic due to how the food, cutlery etc. are laid out. So people stand in each others way or breathe down your neck when you are helping yourself to the buffet. It‘s a pity to start the day with such a „lowlight“. Again the staff are extremely and authentically friendly and service-oriented.

Recent Hotel in east european modern style, in an old building, both close to the most elegant streets and must see attractions of the City, easy to be reached by lovely walks through quiet and clean surroundings. Professional and available Staff, powerful WiFi, carefully cleaned small apartment, furnished with cooking corner, mwave, Nespresso coffee machine (yet just with one capsule-a-day) and large tv flat screen. Lovely landscape from windows and quiet sleep time.

So many years travelling around Europe, first time a 4 stars hotel fare w breakfast not included (as commonly in N America). Didn’t even realize when booking (maybe site should better put in evidence). Carpet on the floor, bathroom misses both a stool and a curtesy mirror. Reception asks for a deposit at check-in, and didn’t give a receipt at check-out (nor on paper, neither by m@il) possibly stating how much (and when) will we get back from deposit.

The room was clean and very comfortable, with two sofas (2+1), a coffee machine, a microwave and a refrigerator. I drank regular coffee while my husband drank deaf coffee; we were happy both types of coffee capsules were provided. The location is within 5-20 min walking distance to many popular spots. Being about 10 min away from the busiest spot also means it was in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood.

There is no direct public transportation to the train station (we took a train to Vienna from Prague). But it was a short ride by Uber. It costed us CZK200 (including CZK100 fee for advance reservation), which was not bad.

It was brand new and extremely clean. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and were very accommodating. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.
