Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for sight seeing and a very pleasant part of town. The cleanliness of the room was really good and it was the perfect size for two. We were very pleased to be given a balcony area. The bed was super comfortable and there was no noise above, below or outside the room. We will return!

The hotel wifi disappeared on the second night of the stay from about 9pm onwards. It did not return on the Sunday until we had left for the morning. The price of breakfast seemed higher than expected when described to me at check in - therefore we breakfasted at the bistro across the square and sat outside which we enjoyed.

It was very close to other relatives who were staying in the Hotel Maximilian, which is how we determined where to stay.

We thought our booking.com was for free breakfast as our other family in the Maximilian. It ended up that one of my relatives could not get the room he needed at the Hotel Josef and had paid for a free breakfast there. The staff at the Maximilian honored ours and his and we just ate breakfast at the Maixmilian every morning with our other relatives which was nice to be able to sit and talk with them.

Location is walking distance to the old town christmas market and also walking distance to new town. Lots of food and drink places around. For sightseeing it is very close to all the destinations except prague castle so very handy if you want to visit sights. The staff were very accommodating, offering us an early checkin and late checkout. Hotel room was lovely and warm and clean. Highly recommend for a stay in the city, especially at Christmas time.

The hotel is about 20 mins walking if you take the airport express, although there is a train station close by if you want to take it. The hotel did offer to send a car so this is not really an issue, overall quite pleased with the stay.

The mattress and sheets were comfortable. I could control the room air-conditioning to my desired temperature and turn it off completely as well. The shower and water pressure were good. Location was brilliant.

Room was a little small. My medium suitcase was able to fit without getting in the way. So fine for one but might be a squeeze for two people with more luggage. Didn’t like the bedside light as it was too bright and I couldn’t change the angle to suit me.

Lovely modern hotel. Very close to the center. All within walking distance. Extremely helpful staff. A special thank you to the young gentlemen who organised a private guide and the ghost tour. I was very well looked after.

The noise from pubs and late (or early morning) walking tourists echo up into the rooms when the door on my lovely balcony was open...

modern property, everything super clean. we were upgraded which was excellent, big room, king size bed, great facilities. staff were brilliant, so chatty and friendly, very helpful when talking about local sites and places to eat. breakfast was good, plenty of choice and attentive staff. location is good, near to town square, easily walkable to ,Ian attractions.

locataion is great. Breakfast very good (but costs around 20 euro per person) rooms clean and comfy. some free drinks at the mini bar.

be aware that not always they will have parking for your car at the hotel. They said they'll try keeping one for me. but looks like it's on a first come basis. they did help with parking at the shopping mall near by, but it's not the same. and in any case be prepared to pay around 30 euro per day for parking, either way.

I liked the service, the people that works there were very helpful and educated, if they smile they meant it ,which was a rare thing around Prague. I would recommend it for sure

I liked the service more than anything I travel Europe a lot in winter.. If the highest is exceptional this hotel is very good The service and the people there are exceptional!

Great location! Great staff!! Fabulous breakfast. Great shower, and enjoyed having robes and slippers!

The bathroom layout needs work - can’t get to the outlet easily as it’s behind a mirror which is awkwardly positioned. Difficult to dry hair! Also, the glass doors don’t provide privacy and bang into the wall.

The hotel is located well and we didn't use any public transport through the entire stay, because we were with walking distance. The hotel initially overcharged us for the room, but it has to be said, they acted very professionally and the money was returned to my credit card two days later, no stress and no problems.

The street view room was really noise after opening the window (with closed windows the room was quiet).
