Hands down the best location if you come to explore Prague - literally in the heart of the city. We were leaving early in the morning so they prepared breakfast boxes the night before - those were exceptional. We really appreciated that! Also the bed was probably the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept at!

It was not really a huge issue for us, but this might be helpful for someone. The building has very steep stairs and no elevator, and since we were given a room on the highest floor, we almost passed out taking our luggage up (we had 2 big 20 kilograms suitcases). Keep in mind when booking and ask for a lower floor room

Very nice and spatious hotel at a great location! What makes the hotel a great choice is its people! Mathias was waiting for our check in late (around 22:00) after communicating nicely with Pavel. Pavel helped us a lot prior (arranging our arrival and a crib for our baby) and during our stay. Physically he wasn't at the hotel all day long however he was always available on the phone and made everything in his power for us to have a great stay. Thank you for making our first trip with our son such a lovely experience!

The location was exceptional and a really big room. everything was definitely kept clean and professionally upheld. the price nice, everything I needed was there and worked just fine. The fella that showed me around and answered all my questions was really nice and happy to help. One thing I would like to point out that I really enjoyed was slightly folded end of toilet paper roll, such a small thing but it matters.

Overall wasn't really a fan of the fact that the location doesn't have a nearby reception where I can always contact someone who works there, but it's not a big con. The breakfast in the nearby restaurant was a bit underwhelming but for the price it was sufficient enough - not really a con, but it was very neutral.

Vouchers for breakfast had value of app. 10-12 euro but in The Bond cafe, where guests of the hotel were supposed to eat, the prices were very high.Thus, you had to pay app. 10 euro extra if you wanted 2 coffee and a glass of juice with your English breakfast. The internet connection was not the best.

The response of the personnel, the size and the facilities in the room, the central location of the establishment - about 200 meters from the central square of Prague, just behind the Tyn church.

The establishment consists of 6 apartments spread over 3 floors, therefore there is no constant reception on site. You have to coordinate your time of arrival with the reception via phone or email - a thing that was not indicated on Booking's site. The receptionist on duty tried to contact us through Messenger to set the time of the meeting, while we were on the road and we were not aware of it.

That is one of the most stunning location in Prague - Tyn is a magic street, you could stay only there even if there is no rest of this fantastic city. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Unexpectedly big bathroom. Very tasty breakfast - traditional but with modern accents. Parking 2 minutes away with attractive bonus when paid on a site.

Everything was perfect. Of course that would be easier with the lift, but staff is always ready to help. One advice for the newcomers - not so easy to find that address, so better check it carefully with a map or ask for directions.

Amazing location, beautiful spacious rooms and fabulous bathroom. We stayed on the top floor and although it’s in the center of the city so close to the old town square you really couldn’t hear any of the noise which was cool. Breakfast was close by at a cafe service was really quick and staff were friendly. Shout out to the manager of Tyn residence Pavel. Very friendly, super communicative and extremely helpful.

The hotel was in the middle of a beautiful court in the old square (Tyn Court). It was situated at 300 hundred mt. to the big clock of Prague. You can visit almost 75% of attractions walking by foot from your hotel. There's also some good restaurants near the hotel where you can eat typical czech food. Breakfast is served in a bar situated at 30 mt from the hotel. There are a lot of things to eat on the desk and you can eat as much you want. Room is really comfortable, very large and warm. The hostel is very good person, too available to all your request. If I come back to Prague, I will book here again.

Incredibly comfortable beds, very large 2 bedroom room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, & other large bedroom with 2 double beds. Very warm and cosy. Breakfast in The Tunnel was perfectly adequate with great coffee. Worth noting The tunnel will hold your luggage before check in and after check out if required. Staff very helpful. Pavel was worthy of a mention, very pleasant helpful guy. Super location. 2 minute walk to Christmas Market.

Great location, room was very large and quiet.

No breakfast available from Tunel on the last day. Site states 7.30 to 10.30, we got there at 7.30 and the owner arrived at 8.00 who said it wasn't open till 9.00, and we were leaving at 8.30 for the airport. We had paid for breakfast and was given no alternative.
