Great location near the Old Square. Very nice restaurants, cafes and bars within a 5 minute walk. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast. The blonde lady on reception at the start of our visit was really lovely and helpful.

No air-conditioning which made sleeping very difficult with night temperatures above 22c most night. The shower head didnt reach as far as the holder on the wall so we had to hold the shower head in one hand while trying to wash our hair with the other. According to Booking.com we had to pay €2 per person per night but the hotel charged €2.50 pppn. Perhaps the website needs to update their information.... Also the room was much smaller than the one in the photo that was attached to the booking confirmation. Definitely too small for 3 people.

We got the room 7 which consist of 2 bedrooms that shared a bathroom and entrance. We like that we had a terrace overlooking the city. We bought take out in our last night and opted for a cozy dinner in the terrace. The location was superb, near the Paladium mall and walking distance to old town. We are a family of 5, consists of 4 adults and a 1 year old baby. The breakfast was simple but enough for us who wants convinience of eating breakfast before heading out. We will book this hotel again.

The elevator was small. Only fits 4 person without any luggages. We had both luggage and stroller so we need to go by batch. We also had only 1 set of keys and not key card, despitebthat we booked 2 rooms. Since the room shared 1 entrance, we only got 1 set of keys. So when me and my husband went out to the mall, the rest of our company who wanted to stay behind was locked in the without any keys. The keys are also needed when taking the elevator because we were on the top floor. I wish we had 2 pairs of keys at our disposal.

Very clean bedroom & bathroom. Fridge in room. Two sets of windows eliminated outside noise when shut properly. Lovely dining area, very nice breakfast. Excellent location - 5 mins to Staromestske Square. 10 -15 mins walk/wander Charles Bridge. 10 mins to Wencelas Square/Muztek Metro A. 2 mins to Palladium Shopping Centre - behind hotel.

Lobby smelled of stale smoke due to people smoking right outside front door. Refreshments in the bedroom would have been appreciated.

perfectly located in the city center of prague. really nice and clean hotel, with great breakfast buffet. the guy with glasses at the reception is really nice, he helped us with our car and parking.

the service at the breakfast buffet is not very nice, there’s a guy that always ask for your room number in a very rude way as soon as you step in the buffet area. he also asked us to leave 10 minutes before the buffet was closing to leave our table. we weren’t even eating anymore, just sitting - very uncomfortable.

You could arrive a bit late and there was no problem. The staff seemed to be quite undetstanding and the comunication seemed to go quite well. I thought it was clean enough the whole stay and I liked how nobody moved my cloathes around.

I would've liked them to remind me to give back the keycard that they gave us for our room when checking out. Since they didn't, and I can easely forget things, I managed to take the keycard with me to Sweden. I hope this doesn't bring them too much trouble.

We had a Deluxe Room, but it was on the small side (I wondered what a regular room was). Great breakfast selections. Close to Old Town Square. There was no a/c and the first couple of days it was warm so we had to keep the windows open but it was very noisy on the street (We were on the 4th floor). It was advertised as having a little bar area in the lobby, but they do not offer that anymore. If I go to Prague again, I will probably stay up on the Prague Castle area.

Air conditioning for warmer days, there was a fan available in the room. We were low on toilet paper and the maid did not bring any when cleaning the room. I had to ask at the desk twice.

Worth to price. Best thing is location, you can just go all the hot spots by walking. All touristic places, restaurants, cafes and bars reachable in 5 mins.

There is a serious sound isolation problem. I could hear the conversations very clearly coming from the next room. And they were speaking in a normal way. There is no privacy. And if you are a light sleeper it means you will lose a lot of sleep

Room design was good, breakfast was nice, location was great.

I did'not like the attiude of the staff on some occasions. It was too cold in the hall where breakfast was served. It was raining outside. I requested to close the window, the request was rudely declined. However, my phone got wet in the rain. So madam in the reception helped and provided with hair dryer to dry my phone. Big thanks to her! But still i think hotel staff could have been nicer towards the guests.

The hotel was very close to the clock in the city centre. The best position! All attractions are within walking distance. The room was large modern and clean! The breakfast had a wide choice of sweet and savory! The Staff was friendly! We were very satisfied with the facility and the staff, so we will definitely be back☺ P. S My friend said the beds were extremely comfortable ...the best she has ever slept on in her life!

Great location with easy access to all the sites! Breakfast was an added bonus and was a great way to start the day!

The shower hook up. The cord barely reached and would not stay in place. The tub is super high, making it challenging to get into. And because the tub is so tall and the shower curtain not placed properly, it sits in the tub/shower water
