1. Quick response after booking, with detailed information on the most convenient way to reach the hotel, how to go from/to the airport 2. The hotel organized transfers from and to the airport. everything went smoothly and on time. 3. The Hotel is in the nice, safe place, easy connection by public transport with other parts of the city. 4. Quick and easy key collection in reception, helpful and friendly staff. 5. Clean and spacious room, great bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment. 6. Good breakfast, enough variety and choice. 7. I am very satisfied with choosing this hotel, I recommend it to others

The location is excellent. Trolley bus is 3’ walking and Metro station on the square 10’ walk. Stores, restaurants, pubs and everything else within walking distance. City center within 30’. Beautiful parks and nice evening walks in the neighborhood. A lot of greenery everywhere. Second day we got many useful info about the city tours and options to commute. Very friendly staff. Room was specious, but the floor was very noisy. Cake for breakfast was delicious.

Everything is very old except elevator. Lift was new and very practical. There is parking option offered by the property but bigger car/SUV will not fit through the gate to reach the parking lot behind the property. We spent 1,5 hour upon arrival trying to figure out parking in the neighborhood. Receptionist was not able to give us correct informations. Furniture is very old and used, bathroom had many minor damages. Kitchen with very few kitchen equipment in a very poor quality. Breakfast was very basic and we had to wait for refill(eggs and vegetable). A lot of noise from other rooms. Poor noice insulation. No AC. It’s a very old building so there are many issues everywhere.

The apartment is in excellent location and close to a tram station making it easier to travel and visit the city. The hotel reception and management is kind and helpful with queries.

The rooms can be upgraded to have air conditioning. Break fast was the same items each day. it will be nice to have a change in hot food in breakfast each day. Parking is a challenge as there are more cars than the available slots. but since you take the public transport, leaving the car blocked by another car is not a big deal.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. We were there for Christmas weekend and were provided important information about what to expect as far as shops and restaurants being open. The breakfast was excellent with a simple but extensive choice of local and standard items. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect - quiet but close to public transport making it easy to get to the center although the center was easily reached with a 30 min walk...where it was very crowded with tourists. There was a Christmas market nearby in the square next to the Basilica Ludmily which was a special treat.

Susa was great, with friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast, location is top if you prefer to stay in the quiet center of Prague, Vynohrady is a posh and beautiful area of Prague. It is nice to walk around there and also easy to get to the crowded touristy part of Prague.

The facilities are not that new, which is okay, but the toilet in the apartment could have been fixed to the floor, for instance. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The value of money is matching the price though.

Great location - super close to tram stop (tram 22 goes every few minutes right to city centre and beyond). Very friendly and helpful personnel (English speaking). Despite small, but hotel provides parking - very useful in this part of Prague. Breakfasts were very tasty. Room and bathroom clean.

Unfortunately, despite offering 4 beds in apartment, one of them was travel bed supported by coca-cola crates. Not too comfy, but still OK.

The facility is located in a quiet and nice area, well connected by public transport to the city centre and the main touristic attractions. The apartment was really spacious and cozy and the staff was super friendly and helpful, they provided us all the info and responded quickly to all our requests

The breakfast buffet can be improved, the food assortment is quite limited and the quality is not very good

We spent three nights here and I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. The next time I come to Prague I will definitely return to Hotel Susa. Hotel owner at the reception is very helpful and friendly. He answered every question with a smile on his face and helped with every request. The hotel is not far from the centre, about 15 minutes on foot. There is also a stop on this street from where you can take the tram or bus. Next to the hotel is a 24-hour shop and a restaurant with delicious Thai food. I rate the stay and the atmosphere 10/5)

Great Location! the apartment is way bigger than I expected. the bathtub was a nice surprise. beds were cosy and it was clean. breakfast was basic but had everything you needed to get your day started. eggs, sausage, some vegetables and bread.

there was a bit of a Sulphur smell by the bathroom but didn’t really bother me. the fridge was quite loud. so if you’re a light sleeper, it could bother you. but I didn’t mind.

I really liked the breakfast. It was like an American buffet with many things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there after check out as our train was departing in the afternoon. The room was clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I can only recommend this place.

I couldn't understand the shape of the bed as it was like two beds joined together and I think it would have been better to have one large bed instead of two and I think the kitchen could have been better designed. But these are only minor details.
