Very good location near the National museum. All attractions are within easy walking distance. Great bar downstairs, shops, cafes, Mcdonald and KFC are near from hotel.. The hotel is clean, everything is new. Breakfast is abundant, excellent. The staff is very nice. I recommend it.

Nothing. The windows faced a busy street, which is noisy since early morning.

The room was VERY clean, and facilities were exceptional and rather new. The hotel had a renovation, so the design is modern and appealing. There was a delicious breakfast with good vhoice. The staff was helpful, and the WiFi was fast.

It was noisy at night (we could hear people chatting in the hallways), and our room didn't have any curtains or jalousie, so the lights were disturbing. It was never 100% dark at night, and when someone turned on lights in the building in front of ours - it was all in our room. Hopefully we had sleep masks. Also there is no regular lobby in the hotel where you can rest a bit - just a couple of cold stone stools but that's not really comforting.

Very comfortable hotel, great locations, close to the historic center, but there are no tourist crowds here anymore. restaurants and bars frequented by locals. The hotel has a very aesthetic design, comfortable beds. self-service bar

Great location with easy access to tram, bus and taxi and about 20min walk to Charles Bridge. Private Underground parking.

The location was great next IP Pavlova station, several restaurants and shops, and overall the hotel was clean. Electric kettle in the room, which was nice. Breakfast was clean and basic.

There was some construction on in the lobby. They were replacing the floor. I had to jump over a contraction workers puddle of floor sealant to get in the elevator. They gifted me a bottle of beer I’m my room, which was a nice gesture. The bed lights and the small light on the desk didn’t work. I was forced to only use the bright, overhead fluorescent light the whole stay, which was awful. The power to my whole room wouldn’t turn on for like 5 minutes once too. The bed and sheets were pretty thin and cheap. Bed was a small twin bed. Only one synthetic cotton made for some rough nights.

The location of the hotel is very close to the tram and underground station. The noise level is a bit high when trams traveled by the hotel.

The mattress is a bit soft for me. Also I don't like their 80cm x 80cm pillows which are a bit uncomfortable to me. The Wifi in the hotel is very bad, with low internet speed and it keeps disconnecting (sometimes every a few minutes), which is very annoying. Basically I have to end up using my cellular network on my phone as hotspot for my laptop. I also tried the wifi in the lobby hall and it was not good either.

The room is well equiped, everithing is new and high quality - bathroom facilities, towels, pillows, furniture etc. Very nice loby at the firs floor and, location not far from city center and very good breakfast.

One of the staff members tried to sell us a parking place for 24 EUR/day - we arrived in the saturday morning and the parking in Prague is free in week-ends and betwen 8PM and 8AM (in destineted arrea). He told us that is the best deal to rent the hotel parking place and not told us the right informations - for short, he tried to cheat us.

Breakfast was delicious with both hot and cold selections. They stayed open longer for those that wanted to sleep in. Located on a lovely boulevard with a street market and clothing right out front. The rooms were sparse in furniture, but the hotel was in the throngs of remodeling.

The hotel should have completed the lobby first with an explanation that the rooms were not decorated as yet. My personal request would have been to WARN patrons of the voltage difference when we arrived. I should have known better but when I plugged in a curling iron ( I had to use the bedside outlet because there wasn't an extra n the bathroom) the iron started on fire, I burned myself and burned right thru the duvet and quilt. It did not ruin our stay, however.

Everything was ok. First of all it was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Also, the location was great, lots of public transportation nearby and the back facing room was very quiet. This is a place to come back for us.

The breakfast room was very crowded on rush hours, but with patience, everything went smooth. Also, there was noise made by rood guests who were speaking loudly on the coridors, but the hotels purpose is not to teach guests good manners.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the main train station and to the Old Town with its sights. It is also well-connected with public transport. Staff is friendly, the room is clean and fairly large, yet a bit worn and not very stylish - apart from the bathroom. The AC works very nicely. Breakfast is good. Overall: Very good value for money.

The pillows are quite worn and thin, the bed is quite hard, and the room feels a bit old with some wear and tear, as well.
