Excellent location, lots of heritages around, very quiet and safe district, many cafes and bars with local food for adequate prices. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, shared kitchen was very useful.

Check-in!!! it was catastrophe. there was no advance information about check-in on different location. Receptionist need to be trained a lot. Waste approximately 1,5 hour for check-in. But anyway I recommend this property for staying in Prague.

Amazing location 5 ins from Charles Bridge and close to Tram. Very clean large and comfortable room with lots and lots of storage options. Excellent value for money and wonderful staff. Also great heating and a really bright sunny room with a lovely view. Fully equipped kitchen available and also a nice sized fridge in the room made living there easy

More outlets to plug in phones, laptops and tablets would have been helpful. Did not have breakfast. there was a kitchen available and preferred to eat brunch outside! Note that the check in to the apartments is at the hotel which is a 5 min, slightly uphill walk on smooth cobblestones- This was not a problem on dry, sunny days, but might be a bit more unpleasant on rainy, icy or snowy days

The quality of the room was great, very comfortable and clean, with a modern tv. I liked the location as it was near the castle tour and old city. Wifi was good.

The location of the reception for check in was near but very difficult to reach if you’re a solo traveler with a heavy suitcase (you need to walk uphill (400mts approx total) on a stoned pavement, which makes it necessary to carry your suitcase or it will get damaged). There is no way you can leave your belongings safe while you go check in. Additionally, the staff at the reception wasn’t friendly at all and was really unempathetic regarding the fact you had to mobilize in this manner carrying your belongings, as the comment was “oh but it is so near”.

Twice was locked on our floor after stairwell door blocked. Incredibly unsafe as it was a fire exit. Friend had already had this issue earlier before I arrived. Each time they promised to fix (one attempt was using a spoon as a doorstop) and didn’t adequately although were prompt at releasing us.

A really nice hotel, near to everything but in a very quiet and safe street. I like the building, being part of the music academy, i like the location and everything. The room and bathroom both are really large. Big closets, big mirror, a writing table .... and everything nice and tasteful. There is a fridge in the room and on the floor there is a small, simple and clean kitchen for everybody.

The way to the other hotel, where you have to register, can be very exhausting with heavy luggage. But the employees there are extremely friendly and helpful and have great ideas for solutions to problems

The place has a great location, you are close to great restaurants, and all major attraction. It is quiet. The staff does help out well.

It was really hot and humid when we travelled to Prague and the apartment has no aircon, only a fan that doesn't work great and is really loud. It is really essential for the hotel to get an aircon or a proper cooling system as you can't sleep in that heat. You can't really keep the windows open because you will hear police sirens which is something you hear frequently in Prague. I never complained about something like this and it is strange, but the toilet paper is awful. It disintegrates, it just feels like the hotel is trying to cut cost.

The staff were really lovely, and were kind and helpful when we wanted to leave our luggage in the main hotel. Them main hotel is just up the road from the apartment. The apartment was large, and we didn't realise the kitchen was separate and communal but it was clean and we didn't need to use it anyway. The location was great, and when you look online it says its a 12 minute walk to the main centre, where Charles Bridge is, but actually it was only about 5 minutes! And there were some amazing restaurants on the way.

The room was clean and cozy. There are many closets in the room. We had everything that we needed. The room is situated in a touristic area, on a quiet street. The key of the room must be picked from a different place (2 mins walk), all the information were provided clearly by the host. We were able to check in late (around 23:00), and also to let our luggage after the check-out with no extra charge.

Everything was as expected.

The room was big, and there was a door from the hall to the bathroom, so we could not hear any noise from the stairs. There were 2 complimentary water bottles with local brand mineral water. The linen was super nice and the mattress very comfortable. The furniture was new and the shower was great!

The receptionist was a little reserved and it seems a little bit annoyed at people, not very welcoming. At the check in time there were trash bags and bags with linen on the staircase. The door to our room was blocked by these bags. The bags were picked up by 4pm. It looked a little weird when we needed to move trash bags around to be able to open the room.

This place was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice, they even bothered to come to the room to help move the beds when I signalled we were given two single beds instead of a double. The room is big and comfortable. The location is really safe with multiple keycard entrances and a room key. The police presence is much appreciated.

Well, quite nothing. The thing I liked the less was the vending machine in the reception having no Coca-Cola. Be warned though: you WILL have to check in & out to another location that is about 2 minutes of a walk uphill.
