The location was perfect for us. So close-by (within a few minutes) to Charles Bridge and round the corner from the Lennon Wall so we were able to get up early and go to both these sites when hardly anyone else was about. Therefore we were able to take photos without there being any crowds. We would certainly rebook this accommodation as so convenient for what we wanted.

We had booked our accommodation to include a balcony but this did not occur. We mentioned to the Reception Team but were told that all the accommodation was fully booked (which we wondered whether in fact it was as during our stay it seemed very quiet and many balconies were not occupied). The accommodation we had was excellent but it would have been nice to have had a balcony (as we had expected). We were told by the Reception Team a balcony was not a guarantee when booking but I am unsure whether this is correct or not and have not checked the booking T&Cs yet.

I absolutely love this place, so much I almost hate to share the secret, but the place is certainly deserving of me posting an excellent review. I’m all about comfort when I travel in this place kept us very comfortable. The location was ideal, the room was very well insulated such that once I was in the bedroom I did not hear any outside noise, the air conditioning worked well which I find is often not the case in Europe, there was plenty of room, and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was very good value. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed.

I would’ve liked it if I could’ve got a larger blanket to cover the entirety of the king bed, rather than two small blankets, but I was told that was not possible. This is obviously a minor thing.

I'm delighted to share my review of the Royal Old Post Hotel in Prague. This charming establishment has become our go-to place whenever we visit Prague. The moment we step inside, it's like returning home. The staff's warm welcome and genuine hospitality make us feel truly valued guests. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Situated within walking distance of many of Prague's breathtaking attractions, we're able to explore the city's beauty without the hassle of long commutes. The convenience of being close to so many remarkable places is a huge plus. The facilities at Royal Old Post are top-notch. From the comfortable rooms adorned with elegant decor to the well-maintained common areas, every aspect exudes a sense of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail is evident, creating an ambiance that complements the historic charm of Prague. Whether it's indulging in the sumptuous breakfast spread or unwinding in the cozy lounge after a day of sightseeing, every moment spent at the hotel is a delight.

The location was great, the restaurant downstairs was very good, amazing breakfast and lovely staff. Bed was comfortable, rooms were spacious and all was nice and clean. The bathroom was big enough for 2 people and there was extre toiletries for kids. Kitchen was well equipped but microwave would be handy. Overall we were happy.

We had Antonin Dvorak room which located on the first floor in the corner, the bedroom was pretty dark and it got little noisy in the evening. The receptionist was not very pleasant even told off our 6 year old for being loud. We were all really tired after a long trip and she sent us outside to register ourselves through the automat outside( which i believe should be used outside business hours). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The apartments are surprisingly spacious and beautiful, pictures doesn't make justice to it. Travelling with a child, we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Probably as the only property we stayed in, we had prepared crib and kids friendly toiletries (gel and lotion) without even asking for it. It was a really nice touch, and our little one loved her "special" products in the bathroom. The apartment was very clean with daily service. The location was excellent, so easy to get anywhere, but quiet in the night. We will definitely come back when we are in Prague next time. Thank you

This hotel is a little gem in Prague! Located just a ten minute walk from the Old Town across the Charles Bridge, it is an ideal base to explore Prague. The facilities in the hotel were exceptional. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and it did not disappoint. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely kitchen area if you wanted to make a meal yourself. The beds were super comfy and very big - my partner and I both slept very well while we were here. The room was also cleaned each day to a very high standard and the staff should be commended for their helpfulness. If I ever visit Prague again I will definitely be staying in the Old Royal Post Hotel!

Lovely room and very clean. Loved the quiet location and how quiet the room was. Excellent shower and aircon. Great facilities in the room. The dressing gown and slippers were a great bonus. We’d happily stay here again.

Expected the room to be bigger, like in the photos. We were in room 1 on the ground floor so perhaps the other studio rooms in our price bracket (ie without balconies) are bigger. My partner struggled with how flat the pillows were and there wasn’t a spare. Very minor negatives as the place is fantastic and we were very happy overall.

Ideal location, close to Charles bridge, in the heart of the Mala Strana area, and yet very quiet. Clean big rooms with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. By the way, the Mondieu café downstairs is excellent.

A part of the hotel has no elevator (the part where our rooms were). As I was travelling with elderly people and heavy luggage, this was a problem. But if I come back to Prague without them, I will consider again this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area but still very close to the Charles bridge. We had the two room apartment and the rooms are spacious and lovely. The lounge and dining area is comfortable. Not too many cooking utensils in the kitchen but the basics are there and it was perfect for us. Love the heated floor in the bathroom.

Just a small niggle nothing serious but decent towel rails in the bathroom would be great. There is space to put them up. The bed tables and lamps in the rooms are lovely and add to the ambience but due to material it is made from it is really noisy and also large. I would prefer a smaller lamp with a switch on top rather somewhere behind the table. It is beautiful though and it is not a major issue.

Amazing hotel! Loved the room! It had the traditional features of the building mixed with modern aspects. Our room was spacious and had everything we could need. The hotel was even lovely enough to upgrade us when we arrived. We didn't ask for this but was a lovely surprise. We really appreciated it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Our room was on the front of the building and had lovely views. It was quiet at night. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone that comes to Prague!
