The most centre of Prague. Good for what they have in the room and the location. We also asked for the kitchen utensils from reception and they brought in a minutes. Stuff is really nice. For additional price we had a breakfast and swimming pool. Big bath. They cleaned our room everyday

Swimming poll was really small, sauna didn’t work. BAD WORKING AC, it disappointed us a lot that air conditioning was in a room, but wasn’t working at all. In our room hairdryer didn’t work, but we asked from reception for another one and they gave another one. There was no sponge and washing soup for the kitchen utensils, but washing machine that didn’t clean really good.

Great location in the heart of the city. All tourist attractions are within easy reach, with a metro station right outside the hotel. Quick check-in. Large clean room with terrace overlooking the central square. Convenient and equipped kitchen corner, a good bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pleased to see a large enough desk to serve as a workspace. The hotel staff helpful in providing a taxi service at night. A good breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the monastery gardens in warm weather.

Neighbours on the adjacent terrace must be taken into account, noise from the disco in the opposite building can be heard if the windows are open.

Everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, they lended me an umbrella for the day that I arrived as it was raining a lot. location you are bang smack in the middle of everything which is great and easily accessed from the airport, has a little kitchenette too which was helpful, room has everything you need.

I booked here because it had a gym and a pool which is lovely. However you have to pay extra to use them which was a bit of a let down as this is normally included in the price you pay for a room. The handle for the shower head needs to be fixed, it doesn’t hold the head so it wasn’t a very comfortable shower. A little noisy at night from steet noise if your room is facing to the street

I liked the welcoming staff, who seemed very able to take care of possible problems, and wearing a smile while doing it. Furthermore, the rooms were absolutely fantastic. We did not have toilet rolls the first day, which did suck, but you overcame the problem and gave us some for the rest of our stay at your hotel.

I would not say I liked that the pool/gym were extra costs, but it was not that big of an issue to us after all. These prices were not unacceptably high, however, it would be nice to buy access to the pool/gym simultaneously with the purchase of the hotel rooms

Centrally located on Václavské náměstí, perfect for discovering the old town or see a performance at either Národní or stavovské Divadlo Good value for money and check out untill noon. Fantastic breakfast, meat, cheese, greens, sweets and warm dishes including eggs, sausages and pasta

Neither cutlery, plates or pans despite fully functional kitchens appliances. Maybe you'd get some upon request but I didn't bother to find out. Plan in some additional time for taking a shower because water pressure is not consistent and it might be a dribble at times

The hotel was in walking distance to all sights. The staff were wonderful. Great selection of food for breakfast. The rooms were spotless clean and so was the hotel itself. I was taken aback by some of the comments left as it is a lovely hotel right in the heart of the city, There is a small card in the kitchen in each of the rooms and it asks that you contact reception for cutlery so again reading some for the comments stating there was no cutlery is in fact untrue.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the carpet needs to be updated. My sister stayed on the 7th floor which seemed to be alot more modern. But be warned, if you want a view out onto the main street it can get very noisy (as you would expect),

Neat, spacious, well equipped (kitchenette was very useful), perfect location, nice receptionist.

Housekeeping was horrible. They didn’t make beds, they weren’t cleaning every day, when they were cleaning they cleaned not everything, they took used towels from the railings and didn’t leave new ones instead. When we asked about it they said that there were no more clean ones. But why on earth you took used then? Hair dryer was so old that it overheated during a minute and you had to wait for it to cool down for five minutes.

Our room offered everything we needed for our stay in Prague, including a kitchenette, seating area and table for eating. We upgraded to a back room overlooking an interior courtyard/park and we were glad we did as it was very quiet at night.

Some of the booking.com information was no longer true, and it’s unfortunate the lovely terrace could only be accessed during breakfast, and the pool not until 8pm.

I really liked the fitness center and the room was very comfortable in a great location! Staff was very helpful and kind. I would stay again :)

The opening hours for the facilities I wanted to enjoy were somewhat random/inconvenient. For example, you may only use the terrace at breakfast time & you can’t use the pool until after 8 pm I believe. Not a huge inconvenience though as I used the gym when I needed. They also have a sauna which i think is the same as pool hours.

It was a nicely located hotel in central area of Prague without any din and bustle. Routine traffic is restricted in the area, so noise is really less. Rooms were comfortably large, nicely heated. Unfortunately there were no tea or coffe maker in the room. Beds were comfortable enough to offer us nice sleep. Plenty of eateries just nearby the hotel and you can opt according to your taste. Bathroom was a bit small, and there was no curtain with the bathtub. So after a bath the whole floor area was full of flowing water which had no outlet. This was really pathetic.
