Jungmann Hotel

Fabulous location, friendly staff and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely book another stay in Hotel Jungmann and have recommended it to all of our family and friends.

It is a very comfortable and distinctive small hotel in a great location. It is just off the bottom end of Wenceslas Square and about 5 minutes from the old town square. Although close to the main attractions, the hotel is in a quiet location. The hotel is quiet with just 2 rooms per floor. The bedroom was very large, clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The choice, quality, and quantity of food at breakfast was very good. The owner and staff were very friendly. We would stay here again. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing for a characterful hotel.

Great location, right next to tourists and shopping areas. All sites were reachable on foot. We often came back to the hotel for a quick break between activities. The room, with modern furniture, was super clean and big. Downstairs is the hotel’s bar/café, very cosy. Staff was great and very helpful.

There was occasionally some noise (very light) in the morning, with people moving stuff (luggage or cart on paved streets) but it’s no big deal and this comes with the great/busy location. The room only had a curtain to separate from the shower/sink area. No problem for couples but not suitable for families or friends. Toilets have a door.

I stayed at 3 different hotels for the 3 nights I was in Prague, this was my favorite hotel. It is beautifully and tastefully updated, nice size shower, has a lovey breakfast section for dining, location is perfect right in the center of the city with easy access walking and public transportation, easy to find. I would have preferred to stay here the 3 nights but there was no availability for my dates, I did book last minute about one week before visiting. The staff is very kind, friendly.

Only recommendation is to change the toilet seat top, it was uncomfortable. Also the shower head seemed to have low pressure so not enough water coming out.

The staff were absolutely amazing, helpful, informative and really tried to make our stay as positive as possible. The location is excellent, you really can't go wrong with the location it's central to everywhere. It has a nice big lift and it has a fantastic shower in the room.

The only little suggestion that I can make is better beds. It was a little too hard for me personally. But that's because I'm a big guy. But it comes down to personal preference and everything else was just to good!!!

Had a fantastic stay at the Jungmann for our NYE break, The room was spotlessly clean, Freshly made up every day whilst we were out seeing beautiful Prague and we always had a warm welcome from Lukas who couldn't have been more helpful to us on our stay. The champagne in our room was a perfect touch to start our New Year's Celebrations. We were surprised how big our room actually was as the hotel looks so quaint from outside! The room had a huge comfortable bed, large TV, Fridge, Fresh clean towels daily, Toiletries in case you didn't pack the essentials, black out curtains, a seating area and a seperate desk area. Our room was located on the 4th floor and was so quiet you couldn't hear any foot traffic even though the New Year's celebrations and fireworks carried on right through the night. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us, you are in walking distance to absolutely everything that is a must see in Prague. When we return to Prague this is the only hotel we will be choosing to stay! Thank you to Lukas and the team who made everything so perfect from arrival to check out we cannot thank you enough. If your heading to Prague then this is your must stay hotel its beautiful.

Excellent location cannot be better. No need for any ticket for public transport as everything is walking distance So warm and welcoming staff absolutely unbelievable Brilliant room with windows opening on the streets and so spacious cannot believe ur in Europe We will come to Prague and will only stay on this property 3 nights here were our best stay in Europe

Nothing at all

I liked the food at the hotel. Its location is superb and was close to almost every activity around Central town that me and my girlfriend wanted to visit. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The lack of an electric kettle in the room was a problem at first, but after talking to the staff, they brought one up to our room. We had some power sources that did not work.

Breakfast was ok but not as much variety as continental breakfasts I have had in hotels in other European cities. Room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet bowel was a very odd design and was not conducive to comfort. I would recommend this hotel as it is in a great location for exploring the city and was reasonably priced with large clean rooms and working Aircon and a small fridge which did have some complementary soft drinks and water.
