Excellent Location, clean room. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast bar staff were wonderful and helpful. The two gentlemen were very friendly and helpful when we first arrived. Explaining the places and showing directions on the map provided. The day we left, Johanna was finishing her night shift, but was more than happy to help and sort out a taxi to the airport as ours hadn't turned up on time (it arrived 20 mins late!).

The bed: never had a top mattress with a cover on top of the main mattress (it kept moving...not good!) and the duvet cover with open bottom instead of a zip or buttons as the duvet kept coming out of its cover. The pillows were very flat. I had to fold the very large bottom pillow in half. got a stiff neck after a couple of days!

double bed was not double, two beds side by side. beds were not very comfortable. in the morning cooling system starts to work automatically so we got cold

ICON hotel made our stay in Prague even better - everything about this hotel was great. The room was lovely and very nicely decorated (modern and minimal). The bed was very comfortable and we had so much space in terms of wardrobes, drawers, etc. The hotel staff is lovely, super helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel is just a 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square - furthermore all famous attractions of the city are at a walking distance i.e. Charles Bridge, the National Museum, Prague Castle, Astronomical Clock, the National Theater. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit Prague again.

Nothing that I can think of

Amazing and friendly staff. We arrived earlier than expected and they helped us with the parking and made us comfortable although our room was not ready yet. There is a touristic guide on site to help with bookings and we rented ebikes to go around the city directly from the reception. Wonderful position close to public transportation and several good restaurants. Although our room was on the second floor and faced a very busy street, the room was perfectly silent.

The hotel is a good value for money. Very clean and a great location in the center. Very good breakfast!

In my room, the wall next to the bed resonated from the air conditioning for the bathrooms for all floors probably located on the roof. I couldn't sleep properly. I got a discount of around 20 Euros, but in the end I concluded that three days without proper sleep was exhausting and was not worth any discount. Though the staff was willing to help me, the hotel was full, so there was no chance to get the room changed... My colleagues had a different room and they were fully satisfied.

First impressions good and so happy we stayed here - staff very friendly and very helpful during our stay. Very welcoming, easy luggage store when arriving early and very helpful throughout our stay. Room was inviting and modern. Exactly as described and pictured. Great size bed and smart TV, which was a great addition you may not find at all hotels. Location was within walking distance of all of the main sights and off a side street so very quiet at night which was perfect. Enjoyed our breakfasts, was a small but good variety selection of buffet and loved the fact you could order something off a small menu (omelettes, crepes etc). Overall really enjoyed our stay and thank you to all the staff for taking care of us.

Only a couple of things was that the door to our room didn’t close very easily, was a little stiff. But I’m sure this a simple fix. Also that housekeeping came round a little later in the afternoon, I’m assuming due to them having to prioritise getting rooms ready for new guests. But both of these things were no big issue for us.

It was in the hub of the city, walking distance from everywhere, but on a really nice side street (so not in a crowded place). The staff were lovely, have directions and recommendations upon arrival as well as the relevant information for our stay. Breakfast was very good, made things not on show and had a variety of things to eat. Good quality food and service. Rooms were great, got the essentials needed and were very clean. On top of everything, they provided cocktails at the bar which were reasonably priced and very good. Would stay again.

This is a personal opinion but not for everyone - I was not a fan of the lighting in the rooms because they were white light

Incredible location within walkable distance to everything, new town basically right on your door step. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, even having the room ready for check in early due to our early flight. The breakfast had lots of options including freshly made crepes, eggs, and bacon at no extra cost. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Absolutely no faults

Super hotel about 10 mins walk from the Old Town / Charles Bridge. Staff were some of the nicest I’ve seen anywhere I’ve travelled. Nothing was too much trouble and everything presented with a smile. Room was large and shower was decent. Nice selection for breakfast. Opted for massage from their in house spa. Can’t remember the lady’s name but the massage was excellent. All in all, great value for money and would stay there again if I visited Prague again.

Only complaint was that the mattress was a little hard for my liking and could hear the couple in the room next to us having lots of “fun” through the walls

This was an excellent hotel right in the middle of Prague. Staff were friendly, room was clean and bed was fab. Breakfast was lush and would highly recommend staying here to be right in the centre of Prague if you are visiting the city.

Nothing really. The only thing that I would say is it would have been nice for the restaurant to have been open during the evening or some kind of entertainment, but then again we were in the middle of Prague so it didn’t really affect us.
