The location is amazing. You can visit anything from here, it's really close to a lot of interesting things in town. The staff is really friendly and ready to help. We had breakfast at the hotel, and the food was superb. Everything was fresh and tasty, 11/10.

The waiters at the restaurant attached to the hotel were a little unaware, it would seem. Unaware of people sitting outside, or inside, so you'd have to find them from time to time.. but they were always friendly and got you the drink or the bill that you asked for, promptly.

Location was great. Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. Likewise the ‘hotel attached’ cocktail bar and restaurant was excellent, with staff being very friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast was also in the restaurant and had a great choice of food. Hotel has an interesting history and has the Cold War museum in the basement floors.

Lift (Elevator) could do with a refurbishment.

I've stayed here many times and I love this hotel. The location is GREAT. The beds are super comfy! The bathrooms are also lovely with great ventilation (something I don't find very often in most hotels) and a bathtub. The staff are nice. Parking is available, valet style, so you just have to double park in front and they park the car for you. We checked out and were able to keep the car there and they brought it to us later in the day. That's great! And make sure to check out the cold war museum in their basement. VERY cool!

Nothing. I mean, the standard room isn't very big, but still we love it and are only there to sleep, so it's not a real big issue.

it was located directly in the center. There was a Valet parking and the service was really really overwhelming.

i can’t really think of anything it would be like looking for a hair in a soup. Wouldn’t be fair saying something bad about this stay.

My 93 year old mother and I spent 3 night at Jalta and it was a very enjoyable experience. The hotel has an elevator which made it so easy to go in and out of the hotel. We arrived by car and immediately the attendant met us and took our luggage and escorted us into the hotel. We were met by a very friendly staff who were all multilingual. The manager, Jan explained the features of the hotel and helped us get bus tickets for the bus tour of Prague. The breakfast included in the price was exceptional, always fresh and attractively presented. The hotel is situated within walking distance to many points of interest. Prague is an amazing city and Jalta will be our choice in the future.

The hotel has a small foyer with limited seating. Did not enjoy the disco music while we were having a cocktail in the evening.

book the room to the street. beautiful view of the Wenzelsplatz. staff very friendly. breakfast. the car is parked in a very modern new garage and building (belongs also to the owner). all locations can be viewed by just walking.

TIP: be careful with the thieves during parking. Someone opened exact the same moment the back door when I step out. I could not lock my car and that was my luck. other would just walk into the hotel and than you luggage is gone. So now I have configured my car to open only driver door.

Things I liked were the room and the balcony. Although the balcony is not very big, the view from the balcony is great. The room and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were quite good as well. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent too.

Maybe the balconies can be increased in size during the next major renovation of the hotel, so that 2 persons are able to sit and enjoy the view and the weather.

Great location, very comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the town. Staff were great finding a room available before the official check-in times.

If there was anything to improve it would be the breakfast organisation. When we arrived and the breakfast booking was confirmed we were just left to ourselves to find a table to sit at. After doing few rounds of the room we ended up having to pick one and move dirty plates to the side and occupy the other half. Room was by no means busy. These plates remained there until we finished.and were not removed by the time we were leaving.

The front office staff are professional in dealing with guests. Their style exceeds expectations. And they are cooperative with guests. The rooms are excellent, very clean, and the size is excellent. The location is amazing
