Stayed for a few nights for work - but I would come back to stay for holiday. Designed as a short duration apartment - and it does deliver what it promises. The room was clean, modern, quite spacious and well equipped - with a kettle, fridge, microwave, and cutleries. wifi worked no problem (I could stream online videos). Small Grocery shops are in few minutes walking distances - including a nice bio- focused one. The building is in a quiet, nice residential (?) district, but well connected to the centre and the old town with various trams (esp. no 22). Its quite perfect when you want to enjoy the city but not constantly swarmed by tourists and noises.

very very minor - would be nice if there can be alternative way to hang a coat/long cloaks. The coat rail in the closet was too high for small persons (Im 162cm and I could not reach) and the height space is not enough to hang a coat anyhow.

A clean, tidy and very tasteful little room. Very close to the center, public transportation and pretty good restaurants. It has a fridge, tea pot and a microwave so for a quick snack on some warm food it's ideal.

It's pretty small. It's literally a big bed with small bedside tables and a bathroom. WiFi was unstable so working from the room during the day was frustrating as it kept disconnecting. There are no proper curtains in the room so it was as bright as the outdoors at around 6-7am. Which woke me up every time Whenever someone would walk by in the hallway or call the elevator it could be clearly heard in the apartment waking me up on many occasions.

I stayed in an extremely comfortable and stylish junior suite. It was impeccably clean, well equipped, well designed, highly functional and well maintained. My suite opened up onto a neat, peaceful and grassy patio. The customer service was great and easy to reach on the phone. They got me back into my apartment quickly when I locked myself out, and were very gracious about letting me modify my dates one day in advance. This is the best neighborhood in Prague. There's an excellent cafe across the street and a bunch of nice cafes and restaurants just down the hill on or near Americka Street. The nearby Pilotu bar is classy and gets crowded. Grebovka Park is just down the street. I didn't try the hot tub! The neighborhood is charming and relaxing and easily accessible. The tram stop is three minutes away. Then one tram stop to the metro, and the second stop on the metro puts you in the center of town (where you won't get the cool and relaxing local feel). The building is very well taken care of, and cleaned daily.

The room had a small garden, also access to the building bigger garden, and it was magic! The bed was really comfortable. Cleanliness was on top. The bathroom really equipped, with floor heating and towel-heater, everything renovated and clean. The staff answered immediately for any issue we had. The location really good, by the 22 line tram and green line A of the metro. Near the entrance was this coffee place we had an amazing breakfast everyday, “Coffee corner”. This place was an added value to the accommodation.

This apartment is large and spacious, well located, at 5 minutes walk from Namesti Miru, Vinohrady. The place is nicely decorated and guests have access to a lovely inner yard.

Smaller, not so fancy and not so well equipped apartments have an espresso maker or at least a pot for Turkish coffee. Not this one. The cheapest, most plain moka pot (coffee maker) would make a difference for guests who prefer strong coffee. Hopefully, the team who manage the place would consider this. They are quite inflexible about check-in/check-out times. Which is an acceptable minus, but still a minus, For check in you need the building access code and a code of the key locker and they would not supply these details until the room has been cleaned, which could be 2 hrs or 30 minutes before check-in time. I find this absurd and not customer-friendly at all.

This has been a very pleasant stay. Self check in possible so not dependent on their opening hours. Reception was responding quickly to both messages and phone calls (Kate thank you very much and you have a very pleasant voice!). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom pleasant. The jacuzzi outside was also a real treat.

The room temperature is hard to regulate. It has an automatic regulator and you can also bypass it manually but neither of them did the trick to heat up the room above 19.5 degrees Celsius, which is too low for me when I am working remotely from my room. Not a problem for sleeping at night though. Also I would have liked a big 2 person duvet instead of 2 single ones.

The apartment was very near a tram route to the centre so very convenient for the tourist venues and also by metro to the airport. However it was quiet and very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the access to the garden, though we didn’t really have sitting out weather.

Not a big thing, but it would have been good to have instructions about the various pieces of equipment. The chairs were not comfortable for long periods of time.

This room is located in a beautiful building and offers a high level of privacy. It is situated in an excellent location. The room itself is well-crafted and built to high standards. Room is opened with a card, that will wait for you in a locker when you enter the building. Additionally, the support staff is friendly and available 24/7, ensuring assistance whenever needed.

Absolutely lovely. Really beautiful apartments, spotlessly clean and in one of Prague's most desirable neighbourhoods. The Garden Suites are well designed and furnished. A real touch of luxury. We'll always stay here now.

The remote check-in is a bit cumbersome, but it does mean the apartments are very secure.

We loved absolutely everything. We were on the ground floor so we loved that we could just open our balcony door to access the garden. Shower and bathroom were beautiful as on the pictures, water pressure was great. Aircon and wi-fi worked great too. We put our lagguge in the safety locker after our check-in and picked it up before our flight in the evening.

There could be an iron in the room.
