Expo Hotel

Very clean and neat rooms provided. The hotel reception room was very well styled and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was a bonus and we received good service. The food was good also, especially a wide selection for breakfast. It was a very easy walk next door to the concert we were attending and nearby there was a tram to catch into the sites. It was a good location.

There was a lot of noise from the site next to our rooms that kept us awake. The rooms also got quite hot in the night but to open the window made the noise worse.

The room and bed was OK. Good location when attending an event nearby. At this time, there was free parking directly in the hotel garage. The breakfast was perfect, including a good selection of hot meals.

The room might be quite noisy - we got a room near the elevators (the elevators are beeping even during the night, you hear all the people entering the floor) and additionally were woken up by other guests talking in the hallway for a good while.

Great location if you want to attend an event at the sports hall, right next door! We went to a concert and didn't even need to bring our coats because we were so close. Good access to the rest of the city center by public transportation (around 20 mins) or cab, including the airport (30 mins away by cab), comfortable room and great breakfast variety. The shower was also one of the best we've had at hotels because of the great water pressure. Helpful and polite staff, we were able to leave luggage at the hotel after checking out free of charge.

We had a double room with two single beds pushed together, which was fine. However, there was a large gap between our mattresses - we could have used a mattress topper to sleep more comfortably as a couple. We only realised that was an option when we saw my friend's room and she had a topper. However, we only spent two nights here so it wasn't that big of a deal. If we come back again we will make sure to ask at the reception, I'm sure the staff will try to accommodate us.

FREE PARKING!!! Out of craziness, easy to reach by car via tunnel, which saves you from insane traffic in the city. Surrounding is not nice but accessible by tram, metro and train to the city in 20 min. The breakfast is pretty rich as well.

The backside rooms dont have a good view, but when we wanted to change the room, they helped immediately even though the hotel was packed. Bathrooms are a bit smelly but not something unbearable.

The staff were very friendly and understanding of our situation with our dog! Theres a wide variety of breakfast choices and they’re always refilled very quickly. The garage with elevator access directly below was also very handy. Our room was very soundproof, barely were able to hear the nearby festival.

There’s a limited amount of tables at the restaurant, so you’ve got to be quick during rush hour!

My son participated in hockey tournament. Great location, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff at hotel and restaurant, fantastic Caesar salad.

Booking system should be improved regarding email communication. Two of my email hotel did not receive. Nothing to mention really about hotel.. may be just that shuttle service from/to airport should be cheaper. Bolt costs ~25eur, shuttle was 37eur.

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel, the room was clean and the staff was very nice! I would book it again.

I just wish they would label the food at the breakfast buffet and you could look up all the ingredients.. Unfortunately I was told both egg dishes were made with just egg and whilst eating I found meat in it and I‘m a vegetarian.. It would also be nice if there were more vegan options, there were no savory vegan dishes

Everything! The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, the parking was full but they helped fit my car...the room and common spaces are clean, the bathroom spacious. Great food at the restaurant where they also serve the breakfast (a great one!). The location is great if you are there for events in the fair or sport arena but also very well connected with the center.

Amazing hotel with modern room, very comfortable bed, cleaning happened every day. Location is good, tram no.17 operating near by and it takes less than 15min to get tothe city centre. Ptice was very cheap, we didnt expect such a good place for that price. Shower was with very strong water preasure. Will stay in the hotel again for sure. Highly recomended.

A little bit dusty in the room, cleaning ladys could check curtains and shelves more careful. Breakfast was good bit every day the same. You could add just simple fried eggs (not only scrumbled and boiled).

price, the design of lobby and the restaurant, location is fine -5 minutes walk plus 10 minutes tram to the centre, very convenient if you come for the events in Exhibition Centre. Very nice staff in reception.

the design of the room and the bath facilities, the hotel also tries to save money in bathroom staff and the breakfast, which is look nice when you come but not tasty at all. the low price justifies for me, so the grade is high
