My room was nice and spacious with a couch and some desks. Lots of storage! There also was a mini kitchenette with utensils, mini fridge, microwave, hot plates. Location was walking distance from everything that I wanted to see in Prague but still in a quiet area. Had some trouble with the AC but Simon responded super fast and fixed it ASAP. Great AC after that. Price was great and affordable as well. Simon had fast responses to all questions and he let me keep my room the rest day on my check-out date due to an evening flight later that day. No where else would do this! Excellent hospitality!

Well-equipped facility. Everything was clean and looked well-maintained. The room was well sound-proof, at least in our case, to sleep peacefully at night. Self-checkin with a lock code was handy. There is access to a kitchen with a stove, fridge and basic utensils in case you need to warm up something. There're a microwave and fridge in the room as well. Staff were friendly, helpful and mindful. The location is rather good, not like next to the center but doable with a 10-15-minute walk. Everything was good for a decent price.

Just the water was a bit weak and difficult to switch between hot and cold water. But this was just a minor issue for me

I really love my stay here! the location of the property is very good, next to the city center and in a walking proximity to a lot of tourist points; as well as you have shopping centers and mini marts all around in case you need something. the property is easy to find, as there are clear signs next to the entrance, the instructions arrived a day before my travel, and everything was clear so I did not have any issues with getting in. i was almost immediately greeted by property owner after my arrival, and got some tips for getting around the city, and a map, where I was shown attractions, public transport stops, currency exchange points etc. the room is very cozy, all furniture was fresh, everything was clean and neat. everything that was promised to be available in the room was there (coffee machine, teapot, microwave oven, fridge, hairdryer, shower essentials, etc.)

these in no way spoiled my stay in this property, but I feel like it is worth to mention pressure in the shower was a bit weaker than i'm used to, and overall it was cold in the apartment without working AC, so i had to keep it on all the time, plus the tiles in the room were very cold, so if possible its better to bring some king of slippers with you

I was first placed in a room in the basement, and it was dark, with insufficient natural light, the room was not super clean and the linen a bit shabby. I contacted Simon, and he right away offered me another option available in this condo, and I liked the room a lot. The room was part of the larger apartment with kitchen and stand-alone shower room, wooden floor and the charming atmosphere of the Czech old town. I enjoyed the stay here, and the host Simon is very welcoming, so don’t worry if you dislike anything, I’m sure Simon will take care of it.

It was a pleasant stay, Simon is very helpful and can be contactable via whatsapp, which i personally find it very practical as we get to stay in touch with the in-charge in a short period of time in case of any unforeseen circumstance, as opposed to having the need to leave a message via booking.com platform, which might take some times , I assume. For the sound proof, i could not comment much because room next to me was not occupied during my stay. My main concern is clealiness and Vincanto meets the requirement. I will stay there again if i had the chance to revisit Prague.

The room was so spacious and in a great location. I had a small kitchenette with a fridge which was perfect for a 5 day stay!!! And it was only ~8 min walk to the main old town Prague square.

The door keys were coded that were a little difficult to figure out at first, but once I got used to it it worked great! And it was nice not having to worry about losing a key!

My stay at Vincanto rooms was simply superb! Simone and Aldo were quickly available on text and accommodated an early check in for my sisters and I. The room was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Aldo even provided a hand-drawn map of the sites to see in Prague and things to do. Being located 10 mins from the Florenc bus station, this location was such a treat - I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Simone and Aldo for hosting us :)

The location was great the room was clean and the bed was comfy . The stuff polte and helpful, keeping our suitcases free of charge after checkout.

The room was a bit dark in the ground floor and the room was not cleaned in the five days of stay. But i think that is normal for this accommodation type. The price could be a bit lower for being one room only in the ground floor. But the location was great so okay.

Location was great, close the centre but not in a busy street. Check in was straightforward and everything I needed was there. Hosts reply very quickly to any queries.

You could hear the noise from the outside and when guests walk through the living room which did wake me up at night as I tend to be a light sleeper. However I think this seems to be a common issue around different places in Prague and the noise wasn't that loud.

Great location close to the river and a ten minute walk to the centre of the city. 20 minutes walk from the central train station. Lovely big room which was comfortable and quiet. Staff super helpful - they arranged an early check in when my flight was early and helped with printing a train ticket for me. I would highly recommend Vincanto Rooms for a Prague city stay.
