Place was decorated like it were a palace long ago, I felt I was staying with someone from the loyalty. The personnel was very gentle and everything was adorable. Location was perfect, everything could be done by walking! Towels were changed everyday, and it has a little fridge always with cold water.

The bed was a little bit noisy, but still very comfortable (maybe the pillow could be a little more hard, but it was perfect after a long walk throughout the old city). Bathroom was excellent, just a little bit complicated because the shower was not installed higher, but it was not a problem taking a bath.

Very clean, small single room with surprisingly large bathroom; not at all cramped for a single room. (I thought I might have to upgrade to a larger room before I arrived at the hotel). Nicely restored hotel. Good breakfast included in price. Liked the old fashioned wired-in internet which was great for laptop, no downtime. One block from the river. A great alternative to the nearby (2 blocks away), but expensive Hilton if you are attending a conference at the Hilton as was I. Quite a few nearby restaurants. Not too far from main station. Tram stop outside the hotel. Really excellent value for money especially as I was staying a whole week.

Could have done with a longer single bed. A bit far from the centre at 30 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Reception area could be a bit more comfortable. Lunch was available at the hotel but not dinner which was a pity in some ways as lunch menu looked OK. The bar area I felt was a bit dated.

The hotel is very close to the downtown and old town of Prague, ideal to make trips on foot. Breakfast was included in the price, it was quite nice, and everything was always filled up, there was no "sorry you are late, less choices for you".

Parking! The hotel does not have its own parking place, they have a deal with the local parking company that you are able to park on the street near the hotel for 16 EUR/day, while the full price is 2 EUR/hour.

Good location. Excellent breakfast choices. Good size room. Very clean. Staff helpful when needed. Lots of wardrobe space.

Lack of pillows - one very soft pillow each but have found similar throughout our European trip. No tea/coffee making facilities in room - not sure if all Czech hotels are the same. Handy fridge though. Bar shut at all times we were in the hotel.

5 min on foot from Metro Frorenc, 10 min to Florenc bus terminal, easy to find (beautiful pink building), breakfast buffet, staff are kind and helpful, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, Mcdonald nearby. And clean bathroom with a bathtub, Beautiful interiors in the hotel.

It would be great if I could have an electric kettle in the room!

Breakfast was awesome. So many choices and coffee was great. They had eggs, bacon, danish donuts, cereal, bread and jam and ham. Location was not too bad-about 20 minutes from Old Town Square. Bed was very comfortable and big soft pillows! To my surprise the bathroom was also big with a deep tub that was nice to soak in after a long tired day of exploring the city. Very clean.

The hotel is very beautiful outside and inside. The hotel is also very close to the Prague train station by car. The breakfast was lovely and you are in walking distance from the old town.

The room was not quiet and it was difficult to fall asleep as you could hear everything around you. The hotel was did not feel safe to walk to at night from the old town.

The room was great. Very comfortable bed and good soundproofing from the windows. Good and central location. 15 mins walk to the Old Town and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Breakfast was very good. The style of the stairs. Near bus station. only 4 minutes walking distance.

The room is located on the fifth floor with an unopenable window that is out of reach and situated on the ceiling, making it impossible to see through. It is not close to old city center.

It was in a very good location and an easy walk into the old town. It was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was plentiful.

We were on the top floor with windows that didn’t really open well and absolutely no view other than the rest of the roof.
