We loved everything!

I have seen some reviews being critical of the reception staff. This was definitely NOT THE CASE during my stay with Margarita, Jana and Vlastimil all being very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. I had a 3-night stay that was comfortable and relaxed, that included taking advantage of the free afternoon buffet provided from 1500 to 1900. A complimentary bottle of red wine in my room on arrival was a nice touch and appreciated.

Not a complaint, more of an observation. I don't know whether all rooms are like this, but in the room I was allocated (308) the shower screen seems to be fitted at the wrong end of the bath from the shower head. Therefore, more water escapes to other areas of the bathroom than it should. I mentioned this to the reception staff. Their wry smile in response gave me the impression this was no surprise and probably regularly gets reported to them!

Great location, very close to the Old Town. It can get a little bit noisy during the night but it is expected (being in the centre). The rooms are quite big. Unfortunately, there isn't any AC in the rooms but fans are provided. Great front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful. Also special thanks to the lady who was setting up for the breakfast and didn't turn me down when I asked for a cup of coffee at 6:00 am :)

Not having an AC was quite annoying. The fans that are provided were quite loud so we couldn't keep it on all night. So we kept the windows open but the noise outside (street cleaning etc) kept us awake. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated our request to be moved to another room (instead of looking at the front, we asked for a room looking at the back)

The location of the hotel is very close to the city center, few minutes walking distance. The room was very clean and had everything you would need for a vacay. There was a nice surprise in the room: a bottle of prosecco, a bottle of wine and a welcome card. All the staff was nice and polite. When we arrived at the hotel reception, the receptionist (Margarita) was kind and very thoughtful, she gave us a map and explained to us the most important places to visit. Also, after checking out, the same receptionist gave us few souvenirs and water to have for the long road we had ahead of us. All in all, the staying there was nice and we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nothing, everything was great.

The rooms were comfortable, good beds and very good shower pressure. Space and all that you can need, including free water, tea, coffee, and cumplimentary bottle of wine. No air conditioning but we didn’t miss it at all. Portable Fan and fresh air from the windows was more than enough, even in July. Breakfast good and staff friendly and very helpful, special mention to Margarita at Reception desk. The free parking is also a definitive advantage in Prague, and it’s easy to walk 10 minutes to the Old City center. We will repeat in our next visit for sure.

To mention something, it’s not possible to have dinner there. A sandwich or some fruit would have been perfect after a long tourism day. Anyway it’s plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.

Reception staff were very friendly and kind, it really felt comfortable and stress free! Thanks for Vlastimil there for being so helpful. The free parking was extremely convenient. There is plenty of temporary parking in front of the hotel, so checking in and out, loading and unloading, and getting the parking access is stress-free. The location is great, walking distance to all the major destinations and perfect for guests arriving by car. I did not use public transport but there is a tram stop right in front, and plenty of scooters parked in the area. Room was very clean and comfortable, and a complementary bottle of wine!

Very good hotel, in an excellent location, on the one hand near the metro station Florenc, on the other hand, a 15-minute walk from the old town. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, a large bathroom with all necessities. The room is equipped with a full mini bar, which is paid extra, but with free coffee and tea. The staff is extremely friendly, we were greeted with welcome bottle of wine in the room, a voucher for two welcome drinks in the hotel bar, and upon check-out we received fridge magnets. We stayed with two dogs and felt very welcomed. The room does not have air conditioning, but I guess there are just few days in Prague when it is necessary

We stayed in a triple bedroom which was very spacious with separate bathroom and toilet. The room was facing the main street so it can be noisy if the windows are open however we were there when it was cold so we had our windows closed and it was quiet. We were given a complementary bottle of wine upon our arrival and three bottles of water and souvenir magnet when we left which was a really kind gesture. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel itself is a bit older building and the furniture in the rooms is dated however that didn't influence our stay. The hotel is in a great location (10 minutes' walk to the city center) with many markets, restaurants and street food nearby. Metro, bus and tram stations are all within walking distance. The parking was free and the wifi was working very well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel because it really offers best value for money ratio. The staff is very kind and ready to help and advise at any time.

The location is 15-20 walking for almost everything. All of the staff were wonderful, I met Yuri first, he helped me a lot with suggestions and directions. The breakfast was delicious, fruits, veggies, eggs, cereal and so much more and beautifully displayed!!

The accommodation is on the edge of the city center, but within walking distance of the Old Town, but approx. The castle is also a 20-minute walk away. The reception was nice, they awaited us with a surprise wine, and every afternoon there was also a snack bar for the residents, which meant a lot after walking around all day. Since we were there in March, the hot tea/coffee was especially nice after the long cold walks. The equipment of the room is impeccable, the windows close well, the room overlooking the busy road was also surprisingly quiet.

The parquet floor could have been relaid because it rattled a lot, although the bed seemed comfortable, the pillow was too soft, so we woke up quite a few times. But on the whole, we didn't have a hard time with this either. Since we only returned to the accommodation to sleep, it was not unbearable overall.
