I had a room to myself and it was just enough room for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and they are on hand 24/7 if you need anything. Unfortunately there is no phone in the room so you do have to go down to reception if you need anything but it's no problem.

Unfortunately the hotel is not wheelchair and I don't think they would be able to adjust this. So I wouldn't recommend it if you are unable to climb stairs.

The room was exactly as pretty as on the pictures. Bathroom great as well. Bonus point for the Nespresso machine in the room.

The sound insulation is non-existent so if one is unlucky and has noisy neighbors, nothing can be done about it.

Excellent location, nice, modern and spacious rooms.

My booking was cancelled for apparently no reason. I had initially booked the room for $80 and a day prior to our visit it got cancelled. Had to rebook the same room it at the new rate of $97! didn’t like paying $17 extra for no fault of mine.

We usually travel in budget hotels, so this one felt to us as luxury; it is great value for money. The beds were very comfortable; the shower was very large; the bathroom was clean; there was air conditioning in the room. The location is within the city center. We were on the 5th floor facing the street, but with the windows closed it was not noisy for us, we slept well. The staff was helpful - we did not manage to open the room door with round door knob so the lady at the reception came with us to show us how to open. There is a small safe in the room and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator was empty so we could put in it what we wanted (you could buy small drinks from the reception I think, they had a larger refrigerator on display).

The TV had Netflix, but the menu was in Czech language, so we had to guess how to navigate (it would have been better for the menu to be in English). The elevator was added to existing the building, and it stops between flights the stairs, so you have some stairs to walk; this is common for building in Europe and we did not mind. The hallway felt a little old (it is a modernized old building). The windows in the room were old wood windows (but this is healthier I think and it is part of the history). Overall it did not have the perfection I would expect of a 4 star hotel, but the price isn't for 4 stars either; I would consider it an excellent 3 star hotel. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

- the location was close to everything - wonderful design - 24h check-in - in the bathroom: place for toothbrush and hand soap by the sink, 2 towels per person, large shower cabin, shower gel (which I think it's refilled daily) - little safe box (but we didn't use it) - fridge - plug at both ends of the bed - comfortable bed - TV with Netflix - water bottle refilled daily and glasses replaced/ washed - daily housekeeping (replaced towels, water and coffee refilled) - coffee machine (with cups, coffee, tea capsules, milk cream, sugar replaced daily)

- the building itself was very hot and we didn't have air conditioning (we went mid-summer), but at least we had the fan - the balcony was a little small and there were no chairs (there's not enough space for them probably) - if you have a sensitive sleep you will probably have trouble with the noise because the walls are not so well isolated - the fridge was a little small (2l water bottles are too tall to fit, we had to take out the shelves) But we managed to feel good regardless of these, it was still an amazing experience

The hotel is located very central, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The room was very spacious, clean, but not with much light. The stuff was very thoughtful and friendly, they let us check in much earlier and were happy to keep their eye on our luggage after the check-out. Overall, I had pleasant experience in Golden Prague Rooms

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have locker room to keep guests’ luggage, it stayed right near the front desk, and the stuff didn’t even put name tags, which made me a bit uncomfortable (if there are many bags it must be difficult to remember to whom they may belong and whether everyone actually took theirs). Yet, we got all our stuff back safely, so no complains here.

Location is great, in the city center, very close to Old Town Square. The room was clean, staff was polite. We arrived a bit earlier than check in time and the room was not ready yet, but we were offered to leave our luggage at the reception, which was convenient for us to grab something to eat in the meantime.

We had to wait arond 40 mins to check in even thought we went back to the hotel after check in time. There were a lot of people cheking in that day so it took more than expected. Not sure if it is usually like this or it was just that day. Also it was a bit crowded in the hotel during our stay, so it was a bit loudly and it was almost impossible to rest or take a nap during the day. The room was a bit small, but it was good enough for us as we were exploring the city most of the time.

Gorgeous hotel! The room was so beautiful, spacious and clean, really comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is AMAZING - a really safe, quiet road but right next to the centre of the old town. Such a gorgeous area. The other guests were quite noisy so woke us up a few times (the hallway is quite echoey).

Would have liked a kettle and tea in the room, but when I went downstairs and asked, the staff made me a tea :) Paid extra for balcony but it faced inwards and it was not a pretty sight! I would pay for balcony facing outwards though.
