This hotel is so lovely and incredibly well located. It’s on a quaint little street in the old town, just a short walk to the main attractions. We absolutely loved it! The hotel is peaceful yet close to nightlife. The staff was lovely and responsive via email. We drove to Prague and parked nearby, which I expected to be a bit difficult, but it was so easy! The hotel staff registered my parking online beforehand and I paid the front desk. There is plenty of space to park in the “blue zones” nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable. The interior of the hotel is chic and charming. Would highly recommend staying here!

No air-conditioning. A fan is provided but that’s not the same.

This was the perfect hotel. The staff are without exception helpful and kind, even making us a packed breakfast for an early departure. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily. We have an unusual duvet arrangement (hot husband vs chilly wife), but they spotted it immediately and made the bed up so it was as we like it. The breakfast was outstanding- we could have eaten all morning! Beautiful array of meats, cheeses, salads, breads, hot food, yoghurt, fruit, coffee... even some pastries. We had two goes in the hot tub and sauna - definitely recommended, although we didn't try the massage option.

Nothing. There was nothing not to like!

Hotel with excellent walking distance to all sights, nice personell, spacious rooms and good breakfast. Also a very silent neighbourhood that I really appreciate, and we had windows facing the street. The garden in the hotel is amazing!

The ventilation of the room was poor, we had to keep the windows open except nights, the air was really stuffy when arriving to room from outside. I also did not like the wall-to-wall carpet. We only slept in the room so this was OK. However, other than these, the hotel was really nice!

The decoration of the rooms and the whole hotel was really beautiful. It gives you really magical vibes. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. We were able to get a good night sleep. The location is great. You are just a short walk away from the square and other historic monuments.

The Coffe-mashine was a nightmare. We were relying on the help of the other guests to be able to use it. Maybe a staff member should be there to assist you. You can't get a coffee in the hotel outside of the breakfast hours. The Spa wasn't available.

The staff was exceptional in their service-- thoughtful and eager to help in every way. The breakfast was creative and different in their offerings every day-- the highest quality of baked goods, salads, meats and cheeses, fruits and juices. The Bistro meals were excellent and in a good price range. The art in the room and hallways was elegant and reflected both ancient and modern aesthetics.

Beautiful property in the heart of Prague. Less than a 10 minute walk in to town. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast included in the stay was brilliant over 30 different things to choose from and all fresh ingredients. It was between -1 and -7 when we stayed and the room was kept warm all throughout our stay. I would not stay anywhere else in Prague if I was to return.

Some staff members didn’t acknowledge us and we did find this rude however we are aware of the different in cultures so this was an easy thing to oversee.

Room larger than average hotel with comfortable furniture and bed. Location was perfect: just outside the main tourist area but within very short walking distance. Breakfast had lots of choice.

The bar was a little limited. We popped in there after dinner one evening, but they didn't have the Cointreau and Amaretti we were looking for. Even if they had, we would have been the only customers. That wasn't enough to detract from the overall excellent stay.

The bed was super comfy. The location perfect. The decor quirky and interesting. The receptionist helpful and efficient. Fabulous place.

My room was perfect for a solo traveller. I think would have been too small for a couple. The breakfast was delish however i had to faff around with the coffee machine to make my coffee. The waitress helped [ thankfully ]. On awaitingnthe taxi to the airport there was no facility to buy a coffee. HOWEVER, I'll staybthere again in the blink of an eye.

A superb service and catering (try their lunch-dinner meals, top level!), comfortable room with really good relaxing bed mattress, cozy interior. very clean a d overall silent.

A small detail - my room had the door "to nowhere" (another exit to the corridor from the bedroom, not used), so you hear people passing by through the corridor, especially ladies in high heels 🙂. But there are very few people passing by, due to the building plan, so it's not a very big deal. All the experience and service outweighs this.

Beautiful, quiet, cosy place in the city center. Pleasant atmosphere. Even I standard room you have enough space and almost everything you need.

Just few moments: you have teapot and coffee in you room, but no cream for it. Breakfast which is included into the price, is from 8 to 10. But if you come at 9.30, you don’t have anything - nobody cares to change empty plates. However, if you come at 8, you can really enjoy, the offer is much more variable than in other places. So, don’t sleep long:) There is no elevator, that wasn’t a problem for us, just an information.
