Friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel located close to metro which makes commuting easy. Shops and little park around.

No air conditioning, not even a fan in room makes it quite hard to sleep due to really high temperature. There is no personel at the hotel over the night, nor security staff, which results in all night long noisy drinking parties in rooms and the parking lot, but this is obviously a matter of a bad luck in stay timing and people disrespecting others. Not much amenities in the room, little fridge could be good idea, to keep groceries cooled. 7 euro per day to be paid for parking space is also not the most visitor friendly approach :-)

But all in all just best place I could find in this price group and it was way way better than expected. Perfect location just near metro station. If you travel to Prague its more important to be near metro then to be near center because metro system is fantastic gets you where you need real fast and easy. In first flour in the same building is a grocery shop on other side of building really comfortable and to be extra safe police station is in the same building complex :) our room was way better than expected great value for this price category Highly recommend. Since we stay more then a week in Prague € was important moment and in the same time to stay in nice room. This is perfect believe me I done big work looking for nice price and decent place combination This turned out way better than expected and way bater then others options. if campere Room looks and quality to other options in this price group this is the jackpot

Really Only one minus is sound isolation its the room doors to hallway not walls. If some one is even medium loud in hallway you will hear it.

they are so accommodating to my needs, i needed an iron and they put it in my room. it is also 5mins walk away from metro C line which was perfect, but I still find it a bit far from the center. also, there are foods in the fridge if you forgot to buy something outside, it is available there. also it is quiet, you can peacefully sleep at night and it was 2 doored entrance and one door for your room so it is surely safe for you. also the room is too big, very cozy and nice

i think when I stayed i was the only one or few people was there even in the morning, they turn off the lights in the hallway and its not so light there. but i dont mind

Problems with hot water: The owner explained: The main heating station in Prague closes in the summer and the hotel's own system cannot cope with too many guests at the same time. I tried 3 times and had to have a cold shower in the end. Next morning it was alright. It's quite far from the touristy bits, so prepare to travel at least 40 minutes one way to see stuff. The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear all my neighbours having rough sex like they were sitting next to me 😁

Close to metrostation and police station in quiet neibourhood, good breakfast and comfort beds. If you planning to go to concert or other event in Letnany is a perfect choice. Staff is careful and nice.

Hotel Arko is ideal place to stay nice quiet area of the city. ideal for getting around as metro is just five minutes walk away .Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. overall a pleasant stay

no drink facilities in the room. Would like to have Kettle coffee /tea in room. Beds are a bit low

The lack of sockets by the bed and by the table. It’s not safe to boil water on the floor… also a mini fridge would be great.

Great location close to Metro

No refrigerator, No Iron. Bed very uncomfortable

Car parking, big rooms, paying by card possibilty, Subway near by, local supermarket and bar behind hotel, quiet area, very close to police station.

Check in at 2pm only no possibilty a little bit earlier. Bed with Sharp edges made sitting on the bed uncofortable.
