Breakfast room very crowded and tends to be a bit messy. The staff is working hard but cannot cover all the issues immediately. Overall is ok, nothing to worry. The room was super, nothing to comment; we had access to the executive facilities which made us enjoy even more :-) The hotel is very clean, cleaning ladies always helpful and the robot very attentive :-)

Reception staff is not client oriented. I understand that they have a big amount of clients with probably a number of demands but even when solving a small issue they give you the impression that is an obligation to support, not to make you feel comfortable. I heard from three of them a very categoric "not possible" which could have been accompanied with a smile. It was my wife's birthday, I asked for support in buying flowers, having anything done in the room to create an atmosphere; the answer was NOT POSSIBLE. Concierge has a big allocated space in the lobby but 2 days could not find anyone there. Very disappointed from this perspective; reception staff should take customers satisfaction training very quick!

Excellent value for money, high quality room, service, great quietness, great breakfast, WiFi that allowed even gaming. Free gym - although it required some setup and thus drew criticism from some guests, it worked for me no problem. Great location, good air, windows to the yard, not to the road. Good neighborhood, lots of space. Working mall near the reception, subway station in the same building. Public - mostly businesspeople and respectable tourists

The floor lamp was wired to the wall switch. Had to untie a difficult knot to free it. Other than that, no problems. Very good hotel, great work!

Must say the hotel suprised me in a excellent way , The reception was first class and then the bar facilities so kind and professional the staff i was truly impressed . The hotel has very interesting details like you cannot go up to your rooms if you don`t have a card , the lobby comunicates with a shopping mall with everthing you need like a pharmacy and supermarket . Rooms where so clean and confortable There is huge congress floor with perfect conditions for small , medium or large companys . I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clarion Congress hotel that surpassed all my expectations. The hotel is really lovely and clean and it is located a 15-minute walk from the O2. It has a food court/small shopping mall joined on to it and has a supermarket on the bottom floor and a Lidel a 2 minute walk just outside.

The room was hot even with the temperature gauge turned right down it was quite uncomfortable at times, and I did not have a window I could open. The cooked breakfast was tepid or almost cold every visit. The pillows are so soft, and they don't offer you an alternative option. The photos of the pool look like it it is within the hotel, but it's not. The pool is actually in the gym that's in the shopping mall that hotel guests are allowed to use.

The hotel is very presentable, clean and classy. The smell in the corridors will pleasantly surprise you, even the soap in the bathroom and the room smell very pleasant. The junior suite with its king size bed is really spacious.

The only complaint we have is with the hotel staff at breakfast. They are far too active, constantly taking away dishes, even though we left crossed cutlery as a sign that we would continue. I think the worst was when they started wiping our table with a wet cloth while we were still eating and sitting at the table - it was very tacky. The fact that some of the servers repeatedly ducked and hid in a corner somewhere and ate "with us" I already kind of consider to be the fault of these people. Then if they are allowed to do that, which I don't see as a problem, they can eat in the back room - very tacky in my opinion. Otherwise the quality of breakfast and choice was absolutely perfect, no queues during our stay.

Room was spacious and nice. Staff were helpful and attentive. Early check-in was possible. I asked for coffee and house keeping staff was just came in no time. The location was good for the congress. The metro is just in the same building and 10 minutes away from the city centre 😀 I used "I am Fit "Gym and staff were good. I dropped my wallet at the Gym but I got it back the next day. A gril at the reception kept it for me. Honesty and integrity of that gym staff are impressive 👏 👌 👍 and I can't thank everyone at Gym enough.

The cleanliness, staff and over all it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was a very good buffet as well. It had a little bit of something for everyone.

The only issue we had was that even with keeping a key card in for power for the ac/furnace fan to stay turned on the entire time and the temperature all the way down, it was still warm and stuffy from time to time. With not having windows that open, not having true cool air movement, regardless of the time of year, it can be uncomfortable. We did know about this due to past reviews and had a fan with us jus in case we needed it, but those that fly and do not drive, could end up uncomfortable.

This is the second time in this hotel, I have been in Prague for over 10 years ago, and it still looks new and clean…The breakfast is fantastic and tasty, and the metro (yellow line)is next to the hotel! The staff is really friendly and helpful! The hotel is connected to the shopping mall, it's the food hall, the supermarket and shops around the hotel.

They haven’t a fridge in the room! Special in the summer.… But they have the ice dispenser/ machine in the corridor!

Great hotel for the price and location. Really loved how the metro, parking garage, and mall were just below the hotel. The staff was kind and professional. The room and bathroom were clean and a large size for 2 adults and 1 toddler. It was quiet in our room and we couldn't hear our neighbors or outside noise. The bed mattresses were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend staying at this hotel during your stay in Prague as it made our trip here much easier.

Pillows were okay, kind of flat. The temperature in the room may be a bit uncomfortable for some people as it was a bit warm. It was okay for us, not completely terrible and we just slept with the comforter off. We did call the front desk for assistance with the settings but, it was still kind of warm. The windows don't open so, we couldn't let any fresh air in either. Wish the price of parking was cheaper.
