The size of the room was perfect, the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a bath as well as a shower. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were all really helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is probably the most perfect spot in Prague. The hotel stands In a lovely square (very quiet of an evening) yet during the day is at the heart of things being right next to the Charles Bridge on the beautiful Mala Strana side of the river.

Nothing the hotel is close to perfection. Some people may not like th eTV did not have an English language channel but who goes to Prague to watch American movies.

The property is perfectly located off Charles Bridge. It is a short walk 3-4 minutes to the Old Town which is located at the other end of the bridge and where most of the attractions/nightlife is. Kampa Park is down the road and there are short walks to John Lennon Wall, the smallest street in the world and other sightseeing attractions. We stayed in room 2 which had a large double bed in the main bedroom and a single bed in a separate room. It was spacious, well decorated and the beds were really comfortable. We had a view to the bridge from the main bedroom which was nice. There was a market and mini festival set up on the street outside the hotel of a day (Saturday & Sunday) with live music,shop stalls etc which attracted visitors and was quite busy. It was nice to have the windows open and listen to it during the times we were in the room. This didn’t run too late and was packed away before night. Breakfast was limited in choice in comparison to larger hotel chains but it was plentiful enough and tasted great. Included hot food like bacon, eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, fruit some cereals and pastries. The self service area is small and could cause an issue if lots of people arrive at once but wasn’t an issue for us. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating with any requests we made.

The bathroom was generally clean and for some people would be absolutely fine however a few minor things need addressing. The shower screen seal strip was green with dirt and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The toilet at the back around the hinges and under the toilet seat also had some stains and was in need of a wipe. I also killed 2 silverfish. The main bedroom had A/C but the room with the single bed didn’t and got quite hot which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps a fan could be added to the room so this can be plugged in beside the bed during summer months.

Very convenient location, just below Charles' bridge. And although it is in the middle of a very touristic place, somehow it's also quiet. The rooms look exactly as the pictures (maybe a bit smaller, but it wasn't a problem for us). We were traveling with a baby, and they helped us arrange everything in advance so we could get a crib and a taxi from the airport with a child seat. The room, bed, and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was quite good.

From the pictures of the room while reserving, we thought we would get a bathtub. Was a bit misleading, but no biggie.

The location was excellent, we even had a view of Charles Bridge. The room was good size and very clean. Beds were big and comfy . The bathroom was very spacious and a bathtub was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fresh with good selection of food, staff was friendly. The best feature was 1 minute walk to Charles Bridge!!

The only downside was that the reception was unattended and we had to wait for a receptionist for at least 10 minutes. We needed the parking ticket ASAP as there is no parking in the front of the hotel and we we worried that we'll get a fine. But as I said it was a minor incident.

From the service pick up arrangement it was phenomenal! Our flight was delayed and I arranged a taxi, they arranged it again for us due to the delay and it was smooth sailing. The AC is fantastic! The bed even tho it's queen is two beds together! But it was very comfortable! Room size was better than expected our other hotels were soooo tiny in comparison The bathroom was large!!! Nice water flow, great shower! Breakfast was just amazing! Good choices, their pastries are a MUST!!! It is right at the edge of the Charles Bridge which is super convenient to get to the old town.

No elevator but we knew that. So we expected it! It's tough when you do a long tour and you have to climb up those steps 😅😅

A lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location, large rooms and lovely Art Deco bathroom. Cosy restaurant downstairs with a great breakfast

We loved our stay and what a wonderful location being close to the Charles Bridge. We could even see this from our bedroom window. The slippers were a nice touch when the floors were wooden. The hotel was very clean and beds very comfortable. We had breakfast which had a good selection of hot and cold on offer. The staff were really friendly and attentive. We loved our stay here in Prague and would definitely stay again if we return.

Can't beat the location! Literally a stone's throw away from the Charles bridge yet not too busy. Good terrace for drinks and food. Friendly staff and decent breakfast

As advertised the suite had a view on the Charles bridge, but it takes some effort to see it. As our room was on the 3rd floor directly under the roof windows are relatively small and in a cove, to see something though the windows you need to twist your neck a little ;-)

Friendly Staff, very helpful and attentive. The location is excellent. The room is very spacious. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has limited rooms. Upon reservation, it stated our room had a view of the bridge. We can see the bridge, but it is just the corner of the foot of the staircase, and the rest of the view is covered by trees. I would say that's a little misleading. But overall the hotel is very, very lovely.

First of all, this was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. The location of the hotel has to be one of the best in Prague - directly at one end of the Charles Bridge. The bridge gets so busy but the hotel lies secretly below in a quiet plaza. The room was perfect and the breakfast selection was all fresh - exactly what we wanted and how we like it. The staff were really friendly throughout the hotel.

Actually, there was nothing that we did not like. It's rare for us to find a hotel that meets every aspect of our expectations.
