Spotless room, lovely building, excellent location, in a busy area and above a bar (very convenient and great beer!) and luckily everything goes quiet past 10pm for the local residents so no sleepless nights. The woman on the phone was very helpful when we couldn’t find the front door on arrival. Nice touch of the bottle of wine and water for us on arrival too!

There was no iron available for our clothes, and the address took us to the wrong place on Google Maps a few streets away… we got very lost and had to call up and ask for directions. I would recomend the hotel change this on Google Maps for future visitors.

This place is great. Right off the Charles Bridge, but hidden enough that you're not going to be running into the hoards of tourists. I've always been "wishy-washy" towards Prague just because how touristy it has become. The fact that this is right there in the center but quiet enough where you feel like you're hidden is amazing. And one of Prague's best restaurants right there in your doorway!

Really nothing bad to say about this place. I think the only "bad" thing is that we wanted to extend it but in order to do so we had to rebook it. This causes your unique door code to change. Really not a problem whatsoever, but figured I should mention.

Epic location. The hotel is on top of a really cool and popular pub and right next to Charles Bridge. You enter the hotel from the pub which is lively and gives the space great energy. Despite this the rooms are quiet and away from the crowd. They offer great privacy and the double windows meant I could shut out the outside world when needed. The room itself was massive and the bed big and comfy. The room came with everything I could need for my trip including coffee machine, slippers and a robe. I also appreciated the bottles of water and wine they gifted in the fridge.

There were a lot of stairs and with self checkin there was no one to help me with my bags which meant taking a couple of trips up and down. Also note this location does not have luggage storage so I had to pay to store my bags elsewhere while waiting for checkin.

Stunning views from the apartments and their location. The price is very attractive considering the location and prices of competitors in the area. The telephone operator turned out to be very polite and patiently helped resolve any issues that arose with the login code. Considering my far from perfect English. I would like to thank the cleaning lady(or man) for her/his responsible approach to work. I will gladly try to visit Prague again and, if possible, this hotel. And I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the apartments themselves. I only took the view from the window, apartment #15.

There were three of us planned and there was information about this, but there were 2 pairs of slippers. I had to enter the code many times to open the front door, although it was 100% correct.

Fantastic location! Check in instructions sent by email including passwords, had hard time realising that the room lock is also a miniscule keypad but it worked very well! Very clean room and despite being over a busy local pub, it was quiet at night. The building was very old but nicely renovated and very functional! If I have the chance I will definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

A little confusing with the keypad but now I know the trick for next time I am there!! :). Nothing really major, had no issues at all!!

The location next to the Charles Bridge was convenient. The room, located above a busy bar, was surprisingly quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable with windows that open and a fan provided for extra air circulation.

Finding the entrance to the rooms was a little confusing, especially as there is no reception, the doors code activated, and a crowd of people from the bar filled the hallway where the door is that lets you up to the rooms. But managed to figure things out with the instructions and codes that were sent ahead of time.

Comfortable room moments from the end of the Charles Bridge. Plenty of food options close by. Less than 10 minutes walk from Metro so easy to and from airport. The room was large with fridge that contained complimentary wine, beer and water. The bed was and bedding very comfortable. Access by codes worked easily. On line check in a bit of a chore as we were travelling at the time but I am sure we will eventually get used to this sort of access as it becomes more common. As older travellers we were a bit apprehensive about this but it did turn out to be straightforward even for an old technophobe.

The room is centrally located, lots of space, and the terrace is what sold us. There is not a check in desk and everything is done virtually but that wasn’t n issue at all. They were extremely responsive and let us check in early and check out an hour late.

Nothing. Something to note is there are a lot of stairs, so it is not handicap accessible but that’s common for historical buildings.

Perfect stay. We were extremely satisfied with everything. We asked the manager for an earlier check-in and not only did she oblige, but we also got a bigger room upgrade. The room was very well prepared. The hotel is located in the very historic heart of Prague right next to the amazing Charles Bridge and a short distance below the Prague Castle. The food at the local restaurant was delicious. I will definitely come back.

Our room was really easy to get into thanks to the self check in instructions. The room was really nice and perfect size for two people, we loved the complimentary minibar too. We were on the 3rd and couldn't hear the very noisy bar downstairs at all.

The mattress and pillows were a little too soft for our liking. Also some complimentary shampoo alongside the shower gel would have been nice
