The location is top situated at the base of the castle, it overlooks the rooftop’s of the city at night you will capture beautiful pictures from your window. In the morning we were greeted by the chorus of trumpets playing from the castle tower. We stayed on the top floor, the apartment was spacious with nice rooftops views . The place is clean and fresh

This place is a treasure, if I was asked how it could exceed expectations it would have to upgrade. 1. The bed and pillows (the bed is very low and a small double considering the space) the pillows one each ,small and lumpy. 2. A small amount of coffee and or water on arrival would be well appreciated. 3 . A mirror on the dresser , and some shelves in bathroom. 4. A proper shower vs bath attachment and some more luxurious toiletries.

The apartment was in an excellent location, in the heart of Mala Strana. The castle was a short walk up some stairs, and the Old Town was a 15 minute walk away, across the Charles Bridge. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to choose from. The value for the property was reasonable, not exceptional, but considering we visited in June, it was a peak time of year and everything was similarly priced. The property itself was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen and decent bathroom. Both bedrooms were comfy, with large beds. One had AC and a beautiful view.

Only one of the bedrooms had AC, and as the apartment was at the top of the building, it got warm and stayed warm during our stay in June. Even opening the sky lights didn't offer much relief. Being at the top of the building, there were a lot of stairs to climb to get into the property. There is no lift so this can be tiring after a day of walking around.

This place exceeded our expectations, and I truly only have good things to say. We arrived late, and Irina was kind enough to wait up for us. The location was superb, just walking out the door you are face to face with the castles steps. The actual residence is beautiful, and it truly feels you are in the historical heart of the city with all the old buildings. There is public transport close by and all the places we are at in Mala Strana were great! 10/10 would stay again. Even our tour guides raved about our location upon pickup. If your thinking about reserving, I strongly recommend to just do it!

Something to note is there is no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, but for someone who needs easier access to their room I would keep it in mind when booking.

The studio we stayed in was great for couples and the location is perfect. The room came with everything you need and more such as a hairdryer, a kitchenette, a jacuzzi bath and soaps etc. Irina is really helpful and friendly too :)

No complaints

Irina is an outstanding property manager. We got there early and our room wasn’t ready. However, she assured us she would work on it and get us in sooner then check in time. She was able to do that and we checked in early. I mentioned the next day that I didn’t realize that the room didn’t have AC and within 10 minutes, she was knocking at our door with a fan. She couldn’t have been more accommodating and nicer. The room was very clean, large and extremely convenient to everything we needed to see. There was a small equipped kitchenette which was very convenient and nice to have.

The stairs were not a problem for us, but could be for others.

Thank you Booking.com for helping us find this amazing place. Our reception is was extremely helpful and helped us check in perfectly. We are right next to the castle and located it in the centre of Prague. I don't think I want to be anywhere else. Rooms are tastefully decorated in a historical building with a kitchenette that serves all your needs. We wake up to a lovely view of the city. We walked to Charles Bridge and watched a classical music concert in the mirrored chapel. I highly recommend. Thank you Residence Thunovska. We are recommending it family in Europe to come and stay.

The place exceeded our expectations. Hard to find a negative thing. One thing, we didn't know we needed to pay a city tax, 2 euro per person per night and the host requested this in cash. Since we are travelling we didn't carry cash us, we wish we could include this city tax on our payment and it would have been also best for booking.com to indicate this in the cost instead of fine print (it is in the reservation).

Irina, the on-site host, is fabulous. We arrived later than scheduled, and Irina waited for us. She provided restaurant suggestions, the best places to exchange money, and public transit instructions. She was always accommodating if one was not a seasoned traveler. She made our stay. The apartment's location was good, away from the tourist traffic but close enough to visit the sites. We walked to most sites. We took public transportation twice, once from Petrin Tower and the other from the Rotating head.

The apartment is located at the top of the building, three to four flights up, so it is not one for those who have issues climbing steps. The nice thing is that one gets a city view of Prague from the kitchen window. It has a split AC unit in the master bedroom, but it wasn't enough to keep the second bedroom or the common areas cool. This can be an issue during the summer months. There is a floor fan in the second bedroom, but it doesn't help. I suggest installing another split unit there. We left the windows open one night, but then one would have to contend with noise, bugs, and rain. Also, the unit is large but since it is a rooftop apartment, not all of it is usable.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a medieval building that is very charming and provides an authentic experience. The apartment itself is updated and has two lovely bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are on either side of the building providing a nice cross draft when the windows are open. The apartment is also very close to the castle, coffee shops, and a wonderful Italian restaurant. Our host was lovely.

We really have no complaints and would stay here again. If I were to nitpick, sometimes people smoked in the lobby which was shared by a cafe. There is no air conditioning, which was not really a problem as fans are provided and Prague weather tends to be moderate. We were able to keep the windows closed for an privacy/noise control once things cooled down in the evenings (we stayed in July and some days were in the 80s, but nights were cool in the 60s).

The host, Irina, was friendly and helpful. She answered all my emails promptly, before we arrived and after. The room was clean and quaint. It was large. We had the Belvedere room. It had great views and 3 sets of windows. The kitchenette was a nice perk. The bathroom was nice. We also had an alcove to hang clothes, and an area to place your luggage etc. It also has a small table with 2 chairs. It was on the 3rd floor, no elevator, but the stairs are easy to walk. They are wide and shallow. It’s in a 500 or 600 year old building. You receive a set of keys. One for the main door, one for the interior gate, one for another door and one for your room. We loved it!

The mattress could be more comfortable and definitely need more pillows.

Room was absolutely beautiful! The kitchenette was very useful and fully stocked with useful dishes and utensils. I like that there was a standing fan in room. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Loved looking at the beautiful painted ceiling!

People sit and smoke within the ground floor so it smells bad like smoke. I hate smoking - but unfortunately there are a lot of smokers in Prague and they can basically smoke anywhere it seems.
