The location is top situated at the base of the castle, it overlooks the rooftop’s of the city at night you will capture beautiful pictures from your window. In the morning we were greeted by the chorus of trumpets playing from the castle tower. We stayed on the top floor, the apartment was spacious with nice rooftops views . The place is clean and fresh

This place is a treasure, if I was asked how it could exceed expectations it would have to upgrade. 1. The bed and pillows (the bed is very low and a small double considering the space) the pillows one each ,small and lumpy. 2. A small amount of coffee and or water on arrival would be well appreciated. 3 . A mirror on the dresser , and some shelves in bathroom. 4. A proper shower vs bath attachment and some more luxurious toiletries.

The apartment was in an excellent location, in the heart of Mala Strana. The castle was a short walk up some stairs, and the Old Town was a 15 minute walk away, across the Charles Bridge. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to choose from. The value for the property was reasonable, not exceptional, but considering we visited in June, it was a peak time of year and everything was similarly priced. The property itself was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen and decent bathroom. Both bedrooms were comfy, with large beds. One had AC and a beautiful view.

Only one of the bedrooms had AC, and as the apartment was at the top of the building, it got warm and stayed warm during our stay in June. Even opening the sky lights didn't offer much relief. Being at the top of the building, there were a lot of stairs to climb to get into the property. There is no lift so this can be tiring after a day of walking around.

This place exceeded our expectations, and I truly only have good things to say. We arrived late, and Irina was kind enough to wait up for us. The location was superb, just walking out the door you are face to face with the castles steps. The actual residence is beautiful, and it truly feels you are in the historical heart of the city with all the old buildings. There is public transport close by and all the places we are at in Mala Strana were great! 10/10 would stay again. Even our tour guides raved about our location upon pickup. If your thinking about reserving, I strongly recommend to just do it!

Something to note is there is no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, but for someone who needs easier access to their room I would keep it in mind when booking.

The studio we stayed in was great for couples and the location is perfect. The room came with everything you need and more such as a hairdryer, a kitchenette, a jacuzzi bath and soaps etc. Irina is really helpful and friendly too :)

Great location. Just down the stairs from the palace and far enough away from Old Town that you can avoid the insane tourist overload. The location was perfect as Prague was the most insanely busy cities we traveled to. Lots to do and see in the area and only about a 15 minute walk to Charles Bridge which takes you into Prague's Center. - The room had a beautiful view, well worth the stairs to the 3rd floor to get there, but also, you're in Prague...get used to walking uphill! Try the Italian restaurant Lore Malastrana which is only steps away during your stay, you won't be disappointed! -Photo attached is from the window in our room.

As often happens, the photos you see online are taken with a wide angle lense which makes the room look bigger than they are. We had to double check that this was what we rented once we got inside because it was considerably smaller then what it looked like online. This wasn't a big deal as the room was still very comfortable and clean and in no way, small.

Irina is an outstanding property manager. We got there early and our room wasn’t ready. However, she assured us she would work on it and get us in sooner then check in time. She was able to do that and we checked in early. I mentioned the next day that I didn’t realize that the room didn’t have AC and within 10 minutes, she was knocking at our door with a fan. She couldn’t have been more accommodating and nicer. The room was very clean, large and extremely convenient to everything we needed to see. There was a small equipped kitchenette which was very convenient and nice to have.

The stairs were not a problem for us, but could be for others.

There is a lovely cafe just below the apartment for a quick breakfast if required. The superintendent of the building, Erini, was called from there letting her know that we had arrived early. She speaks a few languages and is absolutely lovely. She apologized for the lack of WI-FI - I guess it only works in certain areas of the building. We made due by my partner creating a local hotspot. We missed having a sofa in the large room but there was a quaint table that we placed in front of one of the 3 windows in the room. The bed was firm. We were located right outside the 208 steps up to the castle where we had parked our car. Caution: can only use Czech krona to pay when you leave the parking lot!

Ecellent old building in the great location: from one side it was exactly near the Prague Castle and from the other side - only 8-10 min walk to the Charles Bridge. Very good, clean and nice apartment with large salon and large bedroom. Very friendly and professional host - thank you very much for your help and suggestions where to eat and where to drink a beer :) 2 floor fans really helped us to survive during 3 extremely hot days and nights.

The main disadvantage is the old and too soft mattresses. As expected, the second big disadvantage is the lack of normal local grocery stores near the Prague Castle. We had to buy food and drinking water in a microsuper near Charles Bridge (7 minutes walk, poor selection and highest prices). A small disadvantage - there was no microwave oven. As expected, it was hard to lift suitcases up the ancient stairs without an elevator.

Location is great (in a relatively quite part of the city center), good restaurants near by, equipment is good (including dishwasher at the apartments and an option to use for 200 crowns the washing mashing/dryer at the property), kids loved to play piano in the appartment on the first floor. Airco in the split level apartment works very well.

There is a continuing construction across the streat. Especially on Monday morning (at 6:15-6:30) workers made a lot of noice by bringing back their equipment after a weekend break. Personnel of the cafe on the ground floor tends to smoke near the stairs, so it smells through the entire staircase (not in the apartments!). Some renovation of the apartment on the first floor might be recommended.

Breathtaking view to the rooftops and the Petrin hill. Cozy, charming, picturesque, the flat in the historic building has everything one needs: kitchen, bathroom, dining table. It is warm and bright in the room. The flat itself is very beautiful. Irina, the receptionist is a wonderful person. She helped me with everithing. One can also do the laundry there. I have the best memories from my stay in Prague.

Wi-fi was unstable. It switched off completely. But the reception provided me with a portable wi-fi device for the rest of my stay.
