This property has a wonderful location! You’re close to Petrinska park and gardens and the funicular to the top of the hill is three minutes by food. There are some nice cafes and restaurants around but it’s a mostly quiet area and not too jam packed with people. The reception staff are really nice. The property is nice and clean, nothing extravagant but the building has some nice history to it. I appreciated the informational booklet they leave in your room, it’s very helpful. They allow you to do a checkout out at 12pm if you ask. :)

It’s very hot in the rooms and there is no AC but they include a fan, thankfully. Such is life during the climate emergency.

The location at Prague Smichov district is very nice. It's close to the very centre, but not over run with tourists, it's far enough to be a bit out of the hustle and bustle. Petrin Park is 5 min walk as is the river. Lots of shops around. I liked the quirky room and it was good size and the building was quiet. Good place to spend couple of days.

I believe the living room area was advertised as having a sofa bed, but it's only a bed so we could not sit on it, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise just little details, like the fan wasn't working in the bathroom. But all in all it was very good.

Apartment was clean, location is perfect about 10-15 min walk from Charles bridge and all tourists hype but still quit enough if you want to stay Ava’s from crowds. Facility was cleaned everyday, easy access in and out.

We booked two bedrooms apartment for 4 person it was ok but one bedroom did not have any closets or even chests to put our clothes in, for 5 days we had clothes in our suitcases. We traveled in June snd that apartment was boiling hot at daytime, we kept windows open but it helped only at night. We had one air conditioner for one of the bedroom and you could not move it anywhere so other bedroom was always hot. On top of everything radiators were heating on a middle of summer and even after a few complains no one turned them off 😒

The location was great, easily accessible to all tourist attractions, restaurants, travel, music etc. The place was clean, spacious and as described. We had 2 apartments, one for me and my partner and one for 3 of our friends which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both were laid out nicely, spacious and clean. We have all said we will be returning if we visit Prague again.

Only complaint is the pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable, my 5 guests all said the same. The fridge froze most items even when I turned the temperature down.

Rooms were very spacious, clean, plenty towels. Rooms had a microwave, plates, knives etc (Good to make breakfast/lunch but not dinner) <5 min walk to Penny Market shop. <5min walk to tram stops (Make use of the trams while in Prague - thev are very useful but don't forget to VALIDATE YOUR TICKETS (we saw another group of tourists get fined by having tickets but didn't validate when they got on the tram!)) Also within walking distance to central areas with bars, restaurants etc. Early Self check-out by dropping keys into box

Reception hours seemed random - sometimes they were open others not. (This might have been posted somewhere we just noticed as we passed but we didn't need them anyway so it wasn't hassle to us) They were open at the time we said we would arrive and check in was Smooth

The apartment is perfect to stay in for a weekend or whole week trip to Prague. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything was clean. It is located very well with a direct gram connection to the main train station. It is a charming local apartment which is unmatched to other apartments in the city. A definite recommendation to stay at when a few days or even a week in Prague.

There was no AC in the room so it became very hot in the summer during the day. A little bit uncomfortable, especially on the 4th floor, but fortunately there were fans provided.

Room was a good size, ideal for 3 people. Location is excellent, out of the way of the busy tourist areas but within a very comfortable walking distance. When we had trouble getting accessing the hotel as we arrived late at night, the staff on the phone answered quickly and were very helpful.

We arrived late at night so checked in using the key lockbox, however we were given the wrong combination so could not get into the hotel. We called the hotel and they were quick to answer and send a technician, however if we hadn't guessed the code from trying multiple combinations we would have been waiting outside for 20 minutes in the middle of the night. The amenities listed (eg iron and ironing board) are not in the rooms and must be requested, we had to request these from reception and wait for a maid to be available to send them up - keep in mind if you're likely to need outside of reception's opening hours.

The location is just a perfect neighborhood by the park and a couple of terrific places for breakfast. It's not too busy as in a typical touristic area and you still can feel a bit like a local :) We were supposed to bring our dog, but changed the plans last minute, but I definitely recommend this place for staying with pets - it's spacious, warm and clean.

We had a leaky sink in our room, but it wasn't a huge problem. Since there is a kitchen in the apartment, there was a strong smell of something fried there & in the entrance area. But again, it wasn't something terrible.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, the kitchen very well equipped, the bathroom nice and clean. I particularly liked how quiet it was in the apartment given its location (we stayed in the one on top just under the roof). And last but not least, there was always parking available in front of the house.

There was just one tiny thing that could be improved and this is the blinds. One didn´t work and let lots of light in but the blinds in general weren´t thick enough to keep the sunlight out. Apart from that everything was perfect. I could just imagine that in summer, the apartments under the roof get quite hot.
