Excellent location - lovely room/suite at a reasonable price considering how last minute I booked. Unexpectedly beautiful boarding house.

The door was extremely flimsy so you could hear the noise from the corridor echoed like it's happening in your front of you. Couldn't get to sleep the second night because someone was having a conversation on the floor above. He wasn't shouting but I could hear everything. When you get there they tell you no staff will be on site because it's not like a traditional hotel. I didn't mind that, I imagine it makes it cheaper to not have the usual services. However, it would be nice if they provided some water at least.

Location is great (I had already been to the city so I was already aware of the exact point where the hotel is located). Room was beautiful, very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The bathroom was alright, nothing special (I'm not complaining either, it simply was not a highlight). The room was next to some sort of patio so there is sound coming in and out of the window. I was never bothered by external noise but also had to keep the window closed most of the time so I could watch a movie on my ipad without worrying about potentially bothering other guests. But again, these are just nitpicks.

Beautiful and large place in the centre of Prague, friendly staff, clean. Expect some noise from the street as it can be busy even at night.

The bed needs to be fixed urgently, it creaks so bad that every slight move gets very loud, especially at night. Sleep breaker.

Overall picking this hotel is part of the overall charm of the Prague experience. Facility well located with a charming layout, and decoration, room very large, the overall ambiance of the hotel, ideally located. I check for a last chance offer and the price was quite good. I like this flexibility on price. The personnel was really helpful.

As this a old centenary building the layout of the room was not a problem for me, with the bathroom located in a floor underneath the room. But be aware of that fact. The jacuzzi was broken I was adviced from the personnel in advance, but they proposed only as a compensation to cancel without charge if I didn't like it. I would have preferred a discount.

Location near the castle and charles bridge. What we love most is our room very quiet and comfy. We can really enjoy the night after strolling around. The bathroom also very clean, complete with a bathtub

During our two night stay, i don't see any receptionist. When I arrived to get my key and when I want to extend my booking, I need to go to other location which is quite far (near the old town square). It's okay for the first day since I arrived after 6PM but to extend I need to go there also. Troublesome. I would give 10 if I don't have to wander around

The location is perfect. It is a very unique place with very interesting decor and furniture. The place is spotless. I have been going there for years and it has the same standard, clean, very clean. Beds are comfortable.

Some of the furniture, particularly couches, while very beautiful, are too old to be used. You can't really sit on them.

Location and price. It was very nice accommodation, next to the different ambasies :) it was also nice building. For sure I can recommend

Apartment was on the roof top, hight of the ceiling is not really proper for people over 180cm. A lot of times my boyfriend needed to bend (in shower and other spaces)
