The hotel is located in the middle of everyting. You can reach the attraction points in 10-15 min. by walking. It is also accross the police station, so in a very secure area. Rooms are spacious and clean. The building has a unique atmosphere. Workers are very very very kind and helpful! The biggest surprise was the breakfast. I was expecting just coffee and corn flakes but you can find everything at the best quality: omelette, bacon, czech sausages, cheese, vegetables, greens, fruits, breads, cakes, etc.The lady working in the restaurant was very kind and smiling. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Very good. Central location, 10 minutes walk from the Astronomical Tower square. It’s is located not in the very center, but close to it and there is nothing in the street but a small cafe and bar, that were far away, and a police station, so the street was dead silent all day and night, no noise whatsoever, and safe because of police presence. Close to public transport. Staff is friendly and it is nice to have 24/7 desk where you can keep the keys. Staff also gave us toothbrushes because we forgot ours, and helped with finding good cafe around. Room is spacious, decor a bit of dated but I use my room to sleep, not to stare at it. There is a lift, room is soundproof. Always hot water and AC works great. Would recommend, would stay here again.

A bit of squeaky floors. Shower was a bit small, and the water current not very strong.

Great proximity to everything! Easy walk to old town, and close to train and bus. Easy to get from hotel to airport on public transport for about 2 euro

Everything was great!

The staff was super friendly and ready to help us find new places to visit and eat. The location is amazing, it took us 5 minutes to get to Old Town, super central and on a nice street. The room was really big and spacious, with a closet to fit our clothes, dresses and night stands, and a coat rack which was useful when we were covered in snow. The bathroom was nice and clean, with room to set your belongings, and it included a hairdryer and towel warmer. I think the hotel has everything at an excellent price

The only things we could point out as room for improvement were the shower pressure, when it’s so cold it’s nice to have water pressure that can help you get a bit warmer. And the room temperature. The AC is of from October to April, so the room relies on the two heaters (And we're from a hot country, so we're not used to such cold weather). The bed needs more blankets, we asked for extras at the reception but they are more of a thin duvet than a proper blanket. It's not the most comfortable. Or at least it's not what we're used to.

The staff is very helpfull, they are here 7/7 24/24 The hotel is really well located, very close from everything We stayed 7 nights, you can ask to have new towels / sheets on demand The room size is very good There is a kettle, a very quiet little fridge and enough to make tea in the morning We enjoyed our stay and will choose Unitas for the next one :)

To find something : The beds are made up every day but not the vacuum cleaner (just ask if needed) The beds are a little soft but that's a matter of personal feelings (and it didn't hurt my weak back)

The guest service of the reception team was DELIGHTFUL and also the housekeeping team. I asked them to descale the kettle, and they did perfectly as I required. They also helped to heat up my food in the microwave as I couldn't go downstairs to use that area. They also checked with the technician about the low pressure of the water, the housekeeping tram removed the trash daily, and cleaned my restroom and tea cups always. And I always had fresh towels. You also don't have ambience noise from the street and the hotel is located in front of the police station.

The mattress wasn't too comfortable at all. The mirror in the bathroom is quite tall, but you can use the one from the door. By the way, for all the people who are criticising the style of the room regarding curtains and bedding... PLEASE, this is a normal thing in the hotels of this city (apparently). During my research looking for the ideal place to stay in Prague, I found out that most of them they have that old fashion style, which is not bad, is just different. Do not make a big drama for the colours of the carpet and etc. Is nonsense to complain about it. Is just a vintage decoration, nothing bad about it.

The location...it was very quiet and close to places of interest Room was comfortable

This is something that is so small that I'm probably being picky...When I got to my room there was a couple of teabags next to the kettle , which is good because I like a cup first thing in the morning and just before I go to bed , but after the second day they did not leave anymore...I don't know if the maid just forgot or you are only allowed a couple of days worth. Very tiny observation I know as the hotel in general was very very nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I had no idea when I booked the place that the building was, at one point, used by the secret police during the Communist years. Photos on the wall of Prince Charles visiting got me curious so I asked what all that was about. It turns out Vaclav Havel, a poliitical dissident who later became president, was imprisoned here in the basement for some time. I asked if I could take a look at this and got a short tour. Very nice! https://www.unitas.cz/history

Fabulous room in a building with plenty of history. The room was huge. Very central, in the old city but close to trams and metro and only a couple of blocks to the river and the Charles Bridge. Handy supermarket close by and a fridge in the room for breakfast supplies. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean with daily room service.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially Ivan. The location was close to the old town and other attractions. We appreciate the complimentary drinks and snacks for the guests in the afternoon. The room was cleaned everyday for our 5 days stay in Unitas Hotel.

The wifi was a bit slow, other than that it was perfect!
