I loved this place! Cute room, with a little balcony. A kettle in the room. Breakfast was fine, and the location was great, literally right in front of a tram stop. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady that worked breakfast and cleaned the rooms. I'd stay again.

I liked the fact that the reception was not connected to the hotel, but next to this one so only interacted with the staff is you needed it, but no need for me, everything was fine. The breakfast was varied, the lady attentively filled the recipients, had fruits, yogurts, something to eat even if I don't eat meat. The room was large.

I didn't like that they didn't provide shampoo, as was written in the description and the liquid soap in the shower was mostly water.

This hotel has beautiful accommodation. We lived in the center of Phaga. A lot of restaurants around. Tasty breakfast .Ggirls in staff were super and helped with everything we need. the room was clean and comfortable . We were with two dogs and searched a place where we can stayed .Tthis is perfect place to be with dogs. Thank you for our splendid rest in this beautiful place

Location. Lady serving breakfast was cery nice for us. Lady in reception was cery helpful and have us higher room as we didn't know additional bed needed for our 2nd child. Thank you for that

Shower. Curtain was there and was top small and Waters all over the floor.

the lady on reception is extremely nice wifi is great on the all floors the breakfast was typical but still full of variety the metro station is about 2 mins walk the location of the hotel is suitable and close to the centre of the city and same time to the old town

Everything was great, and it's not that expensive considering the location. Breakfast was good. The receptionist spoke our native language so there was no need to speak english.

It can be a bit loud during the day because the hotel is in a busy street with tram tracks.

I like the receptionist who entertained me when i checked in. The facilities are great but i had trouble using the telivision. The room was clean and also the bathroom. Accessible to public transportation like trams and metro. Highly recommended when you want to stay in the heart of Prague!
