Very central location which made walking into the Old Town very accessible. Despite central location the hotel was quiet and made for a pleasant stay. Hotel is located just off of a busy tram stop and public transport was regular and user friendly. Staff were friendly on arrival and offered a local map with areas they recommended we visit. We took their recommendations and were delighted with what the city had to offer. Breakfast was varied during our stay and had lots to chose from. Very clean and was satisfied with every breakfast. Our room was excellent and extremely clean. Storage was ample for the two of us and the bathroom had lots of space for toiletries etc.

Only negative I can pick out is the entrance had a heavy door and a flight of stairs as the main entrance. There was a side door that also granted access at ground level but we were unaware of this on arrival so hauled bags up the stairs. This was not a massive inconvenience to us personally but making guests aware of this prior to their arrival may be useful to some guests. (Aware this is such a small thing to pick out but attests to the high standard of stay at this hotel)

The hotel is exceptionally clean, in a great location very close to Charles Bridge and the old town is only a few steps away. It is a very nice property to stay in with very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast caters for most tastes and is a great start to the day. I would recommend that you do the 2 hour panoramic bus tour which helps you to orientate yourself in the city as well as visiting top sites like the Slavin memorial and the castle. Prague is an awesome city which is totally set up to handle the vast amount of tourists it receives, beit ATM's, WC's or restaurants. After just visiting Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna and Warsaw, Prague was definitely our favourite. Make sure that you go up the sky bar a few 100m upstream of the hotel next to the river. The views are superb.

Everything was wonderful, from the receptionist to the cleaning team. My fiancé and I got married in Prague and the hotel staff was so nice, they made two swans in a shape of hearth with towels and left a box of chocolate with a lovely letter. The location is amazing! There are some places near the hotel like donuteria, Choco Café and more that you must try! The room was big and clean with a huge bathroom.

The only thing that was a bit annoying is that every time someone in the hotel closes the door you will hear it from your room (not terrible at all).

Ideal location, friendly staff, good continental breakfast spread, rooms were comfortable and spacious with lovely walk-in waterfall shower. Perfect for couples on a city break.

Temperature was 30 degrees when we were in Prague so A/C didn't work very well to keep room cool ( probably not a problem at other times of year). There was only one elevator, which is also used by staff so waiting for it to be free can be an issue. Stairs are of course an alternative but may be a problem for less mobile individuals. No SmartTV or Coffee Machine in Junior Suite for those who value those items

Great location near the river and Charles Bridge and Old Town Square - all in walking distance. About a half hour walk to the State Opera House and Wenceslas Square. Comfortable beds and many choices for breakfast; juices, espresso machine, breads, meats and cheeses, fried and scrambled eggs, bacon, beans and an assortment of sweet confections. We also enjoyed the changing choices of salads. 24/7 reception available to assist with recommendations and information. Very quiet room too. Fresh towels and extra toiletries provided upon request.

Wish the drapes blocked out more light in the early morning.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Short walks to most the tourist attractions of Prague and also short walks to get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast had a lot of choice. The rooms were a great size, really high ceiling, the bathroom was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay and somewhere we will look to visit again and will definitely recommend to friends.

I just wish there was milk in the room for the tea and coffee (I did receive a glass of milk when I asked at reception).

Location was perfect - could walk to all major attractions, restaurants + tram stops nearby. Staff very friendly + helpful. On arriving at main entrance + facing a stairway, we were immediately advised to use the side door (receptionist came down to open it for us) which gave access to lift via a ramp - NO stairs involved! Breakfast selection was good - I didn't try the cooked breakfast. Breakfast started at 7.30, which was a bit late for us, so we made tea in our room and snacked on fruit + muesli bars if we were up early. Our 2nd floor room (Junior suite) was spacious and comfortable. Although it faced onto the street, the double windows were very effective sound-proofing and they could be opened for fresh air. Additional hangers were provided promptly when requested.

Hot water in shower didn't seem to last very long (ran cold while 2nd person was showering). However, once we realised this, we reduced our shower time and no more problems. Limited storage for clothes (lots of open shelves but some were too high). Also limited space in bathroom for toiletries, but we used a shelf just outside the bathroom for our toiletry bags, so all was fine.

Great location, very helpful staff, large, comfortable rooms. We opted for the penthouse site and it was well worth it. We enjoyed a magnificent sunset view of Prague Castle on our rooftop deck or second night.

The only issue we had was the transfer from the airport to the hotel that was prearranged. Our original incoming flight was canceled and we had to rebook with a sufferer airline. I emailed the hotel twice and also called the day before we arrived to inform them of the change but they never let the drive know. Aside from that with a little delay getting there, everything else was great.

Excellent hotel! We booked this hotel twice this year. Large and spacious rooms, the bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Always happy to help and recommend. The second time they upgraded our room to a bigger one without any compensation. Our flight back home was late. I asked to vacate the room later and we were approved without a problem and without charge. I got to know the owner of the hotel. Very nice and sociable people. The location of the hotel is excellent. A few minutes walk to the center of the old city and a few meters to public transport but still in a quiet place. Very good breakfast. We never left hungry. We had a lot of fun! Many thanks to the management and staff!

The hotel has the perfect location, very easy to get everywhere, close to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and a bit of walk to the Castle. You can take the bus (bus stops around the corner) and restaurants. The room was very nice and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff was very helpful and attentive. I will recommend anyone who wants to visit Prague to stay here.
