Location was good- only 15 min walk to the old town, 5 min walk to Wenceslas Square. Breakfast in the restaurant was nice even though we didn't have it included it wasn't too expensive. Room came with fridge/freezer microwave and hob. Room was nice and modern

is right on the main tram route with a main tram stop right outside the window-which I didn't see noted. The hotel provides you with ear plugs! They do go all night as well. Double glazing was quite good at cutting down the noise but still a drone. Carpet on way in was a bit tatty. Mattress on twin beds was a thin foam so not overly comfy. I also thought the rooms would have a balcony area but they only have 1 double room like this. Our room was more of a studio with everything in the one room(kitchen, beds, and seats)

I liked the space of the room, it was very big, warm and the details that were left for us in the room for our arrival aas a nice thought. The room had everything needed to spend a few days in Prague. The area where it was located was also a plus because there was no need to take public transport to visit the city and the tram station passed right by our hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the internet, which worked well for 2 days and then it didn't catch on our floor. Despite the fact that this problem was told to the employees and they said that it would be solved, but it did not happen and for the remaining days we were without internet 😕

The location was excellent. You can find shops (there's a shopping center 2mins away that also has a Billa) and interesting places to visit within walking distance. The room (apt with split level) was spacious, clean, with everything on point. The water pressure was alright, there was hot water at every hour we wanted. The receptionists were nice, they answered every questions we had, the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Due to flight changes we arrived a day later and we received a free breakfast which was nice of them to do. Other reviews mentioned the tram being loud and not being able to rest because of it, In our case it wasn't like that. Yes, you can hear it(our room was facing the main street), but it's not super loud and it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel restaurant was fantastic: the waiters were very nice and the food was excellent, both quality- and price-wise. We also ate our dinners there.

The only thing I could think of is that there is no one (security or receptionist) on-site at night.

The location is really good. The girl at the reception is very attentive. However, the working staff in the restaurant is very rude, which greatly spoils your mood. They should improve their service as they seem to lack knowledge in this area. Additionally, disposable slippers were not provided in the room after it was cleaned. Instead, the cleaner took away the kitchen paper entirely. Please be aware that you may be charged a pre-damage fee that you will have to wait for a refund. Overall, the location is excellent, the reception staff is helpful, but the restaurant staff is terrible. The 4-star rating does not accurately reflect the hotel, and it's unclear why they have the freedom to assign as many stars as they want. On a positive note, the cleanliness is commendable.

Great location, close to all sights and restaurants, bars, shopping centers. Minutes away from the metro, trams and bus stations. The hotel is located in one of the old buildings in the center and the walls are thick, so street noise is not a problem. The room was great - very clean and spacious, exactly as described and in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, extremely well heated. The front desk staff were very kind. When we visit Prague again, I will choose Hotel Spalena again.

If it can be considered a drawback, it is the lack of slippers.

Convenient location near the Old Town with a tram at the doorstep and many eateries around the neighbourhood. Amazingly, the room was relatively quiet despite the 24/7 running tram; it was also spacious and clean. It was quite value for money.

No toothbrush, toothpaste or hair conditioner was provided. We would have also appreciated if more shampoos and body soap could have been provided upon check-in - this is especially so for the shampoo, of which only two sachets were in the bathroom. The reception was also unable to provide more bottled water upon request, claiming that this was with the housekeeping team (which had already knocked off for the day).

We absolutely love our stay there! The room was clean and comfortable, they even prepared small presents - sweets and sparkling wine. We were surprised! The location is perfect: many public transport stops (tram, bus, subway) in the vicinity; 5-15 min by foot to the most famous places in Prague; many cafes and restaurants of all sorts to your disposal; supermarkets near the hotel. It was a beautiful experience, we would love to stay there again!

The Wi-Fi wasn't particularly good, with frequent disruptions. But it is a minor thing unless you are planning to work remotely from the place. Then it could be an issue. Oh! In our room there was no corkscrew, keep it in mind if you'd like to open some bottle of wine there.

Great location, close to the city center, comfortable beds.

We were searching for a hotel room with a kitchen, but it didn't seem like a comfortable space for cooking. There was no cooker hood, what made cooking meat/fish challenging. There were no cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. We were short on kitchen equipment and even dishwasher detergent. Although there's a coffee machine, the hotel provided only 2 coffee capsules, which was insufficient for two people over three days. Consequently, the coffee machine mostly occupied space meant for preparing food.

Apartment was very spacious with chocolates and bubbly on arrival which was a lovely touch. It was extremely clean. Breakfast was lovely with friendly staff in restaurant and hotel. Read some negative reviews but i have only positives.

Washing machine broke down however it was quickly rectified as we were moved to another apartment which was also lovely and clean. Apartment can be noisy at night but ear plugs were provided. I personally was more bothered by my snoring friend!

Second time in this hotel as we loved it the first time. It’s very central and near good supermarkets as we were self catering. Lovely and clean apartment with everything you need and great comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Bit of noise from trams and people but didn’t really bother us that much. Suggest back of building if you required a quieter stay, but we were ok with it as with all the walking and lovely food and drink we were so tired so not a problem.
