The hotel itself is such a good and fantastic value for money, the staff is ok, spa, sauna and swimming pool is also grate. breakfast was really excellent. would definitely visit and recommend this property again.

I tied but didn´t get spa offers info in the reception or in the room, willing to have written offers in the room. there were no toothbrushes available in the room but the hotel staff delivered them instantly after the call. late-night room service, shop, or something would also be great. hotel location can be considered as a downside but maybe everyone must think about it before booking.

A beautiful property, fantastic reception especially the front desk. Very supportive without ever a no... Hilton is Hilton... Class in service, meant for Professional Hospitality Service. Hilton should reward their team, If a customer smiles over the property and service, it is not only the Product but also the service and the team reflected that. I liked the girl who checked me in, to the front office who helped me again and again. Simply excellent with Hilton.

The property is far away from the city centre and there are no shops nearby. This is a property for family and conferences and it mentions what the property says. This was my only regret or I would have continued more days.

great hotel on the outskirts of Warsaw. wide single beds, though it was a bit soft for me. very comfortable, stylishly decorated. shampoo, gel, soap, conditioner, slippers, bathrobes. swimming pool and sauna are included in the price. great variety of breakfasts. large open free parking nearby.

just during our stay there were no conferences, so the hotel was full, the staff at the reception were nervous. the water in the shower was warm, I called the plumber to fix it. when we settled, they didn’t give their branded cookies, compliments, they said that the cookies were over. at night, relaxed conference participants sang songs. in the pool on the second visit, they suddenly said that you have to pay extra for the sauna, although for those staying at the hotel the pool and sauna are included in the price. I didn’t argue, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained

We loved pretty big room, breakfast variaty and welcoming cookie was super nice. Spa area is nice and you can use it anytime.

The walls wasnt super soundproof, we could here other room during the night. And at the breakfast staff did not managed around so well. If you wanted to have omlet you have to wait like 30min, and the chef just walks around or stands still with plenty orders. Pastries were the most wanted, but those were the ones which was taken away right the min breakfast was over even though people were still eating.

Personnel in the pool area didn’t explain, didn’t provide locker keys, towels, it seemed that we should know how everything works in their hotel. Also shower heads in the room need water lime removal as water goes very badly and water tap’s temperature regulator in the bathtub is broken, only very hot water come

The location is excellent. It feels like you are out of the city. The room was clean and quiet and had a fantastic view. I asked the staff about some bonuses for my wife because she has a birthday that day, the team said Hotel would prepare some gifts, but we didn't get anything. By the way, the stay at this Hotel was excellent.

Please add some bonuses for the staff at the restaurant. They are kind of lazy or tired.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Bonus point to the receptionist with the magnificent Beard, he was very helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Never managed to find the Gym, maybe next time. I liked the art selection on the walls, wonder if it is possible to get the name of the artist. Garden area was a little sparse in chairs (4-5 pieces) but you could always stay at the pool area. Minus point for never getting a chocolate cookie as was advertised :-( Breakfast was excellent, although the omelettes i got had gotten a little to much, so they felt like eggy pancakes. Dinner: polish soup 8/10 - good taste brisket 7/10 - slightly dry meat, nice vegetables apple pie 5/10 - on the dry side, reheated, good icecream, green part left on 🍓 calm environment, quiet soft music, price:about 130pln score 6.6/10 will eat here again, but not the apple pie

Free good parking. Nice pool and sauna (free of charge), huge advantage that it is open till 22:00. Quite large room.

Mini Bar fridge was not working (light was on, but it was warm even after 2 nights of staying, so we didn't used it as all drinks were warm). Safe wasn't working or it was not prepared for new guest after last ones as if You were entering 0000 basic code as instructions said it was just not working...

Very big, comfortable, well equipped room with black out curtains and perfect sound isolation, king size bed. Very clean and good air condition system. Big free parking near the hotel. Friendly staff.

The hotel was fully booked when we stayed there, so in the morning the breakfast room was overcrowded. A lot of people, you need to stay in huge lines to take a coffee and spend much more time for breakfast than expected. Staff worked really slowly, so there were no free space to sit - previous guests left the tables, but nobody cleaned it.
