I mainly picked this hotel because of the location. I needed som place to crash after a later flight and before a day of driving further West. I needed something that was near the airport without having the airport adjacent pricing. The price was very reasonable and the free breakfast was a bonus.

The only real issue that I had was with the breakfast. I have a food allergy, and there was no way to find out if any of the items contained the item that I am allergic to. Of course, I am used to places not necessarily being able to accommodate my allergy, so I had a backup option. Plus I did not pick this hotel because of the breakfast. The other two members of my family were able to enjoy the breakfast, which was totally acceptable for me.

The clean and neat the rooms are. The girl in the breakfast and the cleanning person are the best.

Front Desk personel not help full at all. Rainning day I almost felt at the entrance floor was wet. Front desk unattended most of the times. Also they charge me almost 100.00 when i change my card at the check in, went to the front request explanation 2 employees gave me differents answers, still waiting for my money come back to my account also make a claim to my bank, i had to wait on my bank because is a long weekend.

The staff was friendly and so willing to work with our special needs during this medical trip. We ran late even in the world of late checkout and they remained fantastic! The bed was blissful!!!!

The pool and hot tub were closed without there being any indication of this on the booking website. I specifically booked with this hotel for it's location and those amenities in order to access my daughter if the need should've arisen during her medical procedure all the while being able to entertain her 3 year old son in the pool. Instead her was trapped in a car during the 2 days of medical care while we waited on his mom. There is small amounts of black mold growing in the bathroom.

It was easy to find and close to where my sister lives. The property is older but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot and good… more than just cereal or toast.

The rooms are a little dark… turned on all lamps which helps. There’s a “funny” smell but I just brought an odor neutralizer spray with me and that helped.

Staff was very nice. For the most part hotel was clean and in a convenient location for quick and easy access to expressway. Breakfast options were good! My kids always like making their own waffles

Hotel was set back on a business road with vacant buildings around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The AC was great, and it kept the room cold on hot days. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the down feathered pillows.

My key card kept getting wiped, so we had to constantly go to the front desk to get it fixed. The pool was closed, and the ice machine wasn't working .

Clean, quiet. Coffee machine in breakfast area has setting for light, medium, dark. Hard to find decent bold coffee at any hotel. Tasted great. Would recommend this hotel.

Lack of parking at main entrance made using side entrance dragging suitcase during heavy rain a necessity. Key card did not work. Got another card at desk, tried again. Door light turned green so I retrieved our other suitcase. But then, Key did not work again. Thought it was the rain. Went to room on 3rd floor. Keycard would not open room door. Back down, another card. Process repeated next morning after breakfast. Still, only a minor inconvenience & clerk was apologetic.

Everything worked,,had a warm shower,extra towels,extra pillows,ice machine worked,had mini fridge,& microwave,toilet. Flushed w/ no issues! Had a coffee maker,TV was small,but it worked greT! The room key worked for the 2days!

There is not anything I disliked ! EXCEPT NO POOL OR HOT TUB UNDER REPAIR:( And it's hard to cross the street!

Clean, friendly staff, great rate, close to Waterworld & dining. I also appreciate the staff securing my very expensive Underarmour headphones & eye mask I accidentally left in our hotel room & mailing it to me! They went above & beyond. Thank you so much! We will definitely choose this hotel every time we visit the Denver area.

it was convenient and close to where I needed to get to and worth the price. i read reviews prior about the swimming pool being closed so i was already prepared. it’s not a fancy hotel. but it will do if you are in town for a quick trip
