Almost everything is very good: room, toilet, shower (great), bed, restaurant has amazing food, bar is good

Generally it was great, just some minor issues: - AC is noisy - no microwave in the room - at 3 pm room service was not responding (I got to voice mail that said message box is full :)) - at 3 pm both coffee place and restaurant were closed - restaurant is severely understaffed, we waited for the food for more than an hour

Room- super clean Breakfast- We had breakfast outside as we thought it was included in the price. My husband on the 2nd day went to buy the breakfast ticket, but at that time there was no front desk. Bed- super, super comfortable.

I have no comment on that.

This hotel is close to I25 therefore convenient if a tad hard to find on one’s first visit. This was my third visit so no problem on that level. There are quite a number of places to eat within walking distance as well as a restaurant within the hotel complex. The hotel is recently remodeled so it still smells good.

Breakfast isn’t free.

All staff that we met were helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and worth the cost. Grace was awesome. She always seemed to be working when we need something and she was always responsive, polite, and professional.

Everything went well, a few bumps but overall a great stay.

The restaurant food in the lobby was sub-par, room service by the restaurant was surprisingly slow and order was usually incomplete. The lowest aspect of my stay. The hotel staff however, was very helpful in all other aspects.

I love the location, facilities, ease of access too food and drink, I've heard great things about the restaurant and the rooms are great.

Not much. I found some minor flaws in the bathroom calking and tile. The refrigerator is kind of in a weird place. Um, the curtains on bottom floor rooms are also inconvenient.

Breakfast was good, the cook at the omelette station was very accommodating and friendly. Turkey sausage should be added to your breakfast menu

Add more variety of breakfast meat like turkey bacon and turkey sausage

I liked that it had a restaurant in the hotel. It helped because we were tired of traveling.

The rooms were really small. Breakfast was good but a little expensive on the weekends. The bed was comfortable the bedspread was old and used.

Room seemed to be brand new, entire property has been "modernized." Bed was comfortable. Television was massive. Plenty of on-site and nearby amenities.

Check-in took a while, but I arrived at the same time as several teams for a championship tournament. Room itself was on the small side, there was nowhere to sit other than an office chair. There was a mini-fridge but no microwave. No luggage bench to use for suitcases in room.

for some reason after my first night my hand soap was taken away and then after I asked for more to be put in my restroom I never got it. no big deal I just thought it was strange
