After we visited Miami and Everglades, a great place to stop and rest before a long drive to Keywest for next day. Hotel looks relaxing and neat. The lady in the reception is very friendly too. They have unlimited free coffee, different kinds of tea and water refill as well. Rooms are big, clean and modern. Of course, sumptuous breakfast enough to energize us for another long day.. Special thanks to the ladies in the reception and housekeeping that when we left our tripod, we got it back the next day as we drive back to Miami.

First location was great, as you walk in Customer service is great. Very courteous and ready to meet your expectations and more. Room was very ample clean had a fridge nice view comfy bed and pillows. Has a small fridge with Microwave and a desk to sit in. Bathroom has a shower really nice and hot which I loved Oh by the way living in Fl A/C is a must. This one here is awesome as if I was in New York in the middle of December at least in my opinion.

The room and hotel were very clean and the presentation of everything was very pleasant! The rooms were quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff very friendly.

The wifi is pretty much non-existant. This poses a problem if you are looking to use for work purposes. It is advertised as a free service but I have stayed on both the 2nd and 5th floor and the signal strength was the same. Maybe purchasing a different bandwidth is a better option... also the location is decent yet very congested with traffic.

It was a very clean environment the staff was very friendly and accommodating, & did well with cleaning the rooms every 4 days.

The key cards got messed up and didn't work so the staff had to let us in repeatedly which was a lot of an inconvenience. We stayed because I had a surgery so having to walk around five times a day and have someone let me in five times a day was a little off to me and the staff ..

I lost my wallet while traveling and ALL that that came with it!!! YARENI was an angel sent straight from God. She helped me get checked in and helped me with a beverage to calm my over agitated nerves!! I'm not sure what I would have done without her loving spirit, smile and excellent assistance.

Everything you need after a long journey... Room was clean and smelled like... nothing... great. Loved the pool and American breakfast and the fact that there was a microwave in our room Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed more towels and silver. Clean sheets, quiet AC, in large room, extra comfy chair, good possibility to have dinner at a table in your room, ...

Carpet /Floor in our room could have been cleaner. The corners have not been cleaned for a while and where dusty, some surfaces had fingerprints and the bathroom could use a remodeling.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Love the bar and the bar tender was great and very good customer service.

Parking is tight .Breakfast starts to late since we use your hotel when we are in for business we have to have an early start and leave the hotel at 6:00 am or 6:30 am and your Breakfast starts at 7:00am. I never had the chance to enjoy your free Breakfast.

Everything was clean, nothing was old, beds were comfy, and the location is perfect for day trips to Miami, the Keys, and the Everglades. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly the night desk clerk, I believe her name was Melinda. It was so good, we decided to add an extra night to our stay and she helped me get it done seamlessly, even going through booking.com and not directly through the hotel for a better rate! they have vending and ice on each floor, but also a sundries/convenience store at the front desk. They also have a nice fitness center and pool.

Convenient location, free breakfast and onsite free parking. The staff onsite were all very pleasant and helpful. I would stay at this property again.

The room had a few plumbing leaks like in the faucet and the pipe underneath. There was also a slow drain on the toilet. The room in and of itself was very comfortable and clean.

that free breakfast from 7-10am hit!!! definitely the highlight of this hotel. the rooms were nice and clean with a beautiful design compared to other bland hotels in the area. the staff was friendly and no one bothered me, felt as if i were in my own little haven!
