The first night I came in, William the attendant at the front desk waited up for me to help check me in. He was very helpful the whole time I stayed I appreciate his service

For some reason, there was no toilet tissue or clothing hangers when I first got to the room . Not a problem to replace these things however. Also my room key would not open the back door entrance, again, not a big deal as I could exit from there, and would just enter from the front.

This property is perfect for long term stay or traveling with groups as the rooms are comfortably sized with kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a booking I made recently and the manager on duty saved my booking and experience.

Only thing I did not like about the property was the location as it is kind of secluded from stores and such, as in walking distance. I would have also enjoyed a pool and gym but hey kitchen and laundry facilities I guess equal trade!

Tyler the young white lady and manager were all exceptional in their customer service knowledge of facility and kind professional. Really the two woman working and the two men along with cleaning staff were all friendly.

I didn’t like that I had to leave when my vacation was over. I wanted to stay forever!!

Doesn’t have enough towels and you have to ask daily for them. They clean ur room til you leave.

The breakfast hours, it close at 9:30 am including saturday and sunday. Usually other hotels have longers hours during the weekend.

Cleanliness. Soon as you enter the building your greated by great staff. The hallways smells so good

I loved everything about the property

I liked the amenities that the room had. It was very practical for us to have a small kitchen in the room. The room was spacious and I really LOVED that it didnt had a carpet because in most hotels the carpets always smells bad.

My room had roaches and other bugs. The hotel claimed they sprayed my room , but I bought a can of Hotshot and had to use it.
