I stayed in room 2815 for 4 nights. The room, bathroom and balcony are spacious & comfortable. The is a fridge in the room. The lady cleaning the room on a daily basis, did an excellent job. The view on the Miami river is spectacular. The Bayfront Park MetroMover and The Whole Food supermarket are a short distance away. AND it is very SAFE to walk around in the evenings.

Great location from a lot of the hot spots in brickell. Beautiful hotel with a rooftop restaurant. Rooms are very spacious.

I did not care too much for the bathroom. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like it. Not sure if it were stains in the shower or not. Also, the cleaning lady for our room was such a cute old lady but she would literally ring the bell and then 30 seconds later, she would open the door. Imagine if we were doing adult things in the room. She gave no time for us to respond to her knock.

The pool was great with a view of the water. The staff made my 23rd birthday so special by letting us check in early when we arrived in the morning. The woman who checked me in, Laura, sent me macaroons and Prosecco that night, and she made sure I had anything I needed. This place made me just relax and feel like a princess after a long flight from California on my birthday. I was so impressed that they opened the lobby to guests and provided cocktails for an hour every night. The location was close to a lot of food and shopping options, but we had to Uber for the nightlife or bars. The view from the room was gorgeous, I never wanted to leave! It definitely was the best birthday ever!

This hotel is exceptional, the front desk staff are so helpful, they literally will help with anything. They are knowledgeable about everything as well, I was concerned about security being that I traveled alone, but Guy reassured me that I was safe and went over the protocol with me. I felt extremely comfortable.The room was amazing, I was in awe with the view, it was so clean, the bed was comfy & the balcony is huge!… I did not want to leave!

Everything was really excellent from friendly staff, comfortable room which was a decent size, nice onsite restaurant, and a really nice pool. We were even able to check in a little bit early which was a really nice plus. Everyone was very helpful and i would most definitely recommend a stay here and will stay again! Another added bonus is that there is a Whole Foods literally 1 block away to go pick up supplies and a cheap bite to eat relative to Miami prices.

It shouldn't come as a surprise, but nothing there is cheap. Drinks at the pool are pricey and similar to most of Miami, gratuity is included but they dont really tell you that, so it's something you should be aware of. Also if i had any one major complaint, is that they have bottles of water in the room which are a whopping $10 each and I didn't pay attention to a price tag that was fairly hidden on them and definitely would not have opened a bottle of water for 10 bucks so that was pretty lame. Also not really the hotel's fault but the pool can get pretty windy being outdoors on a higher floor.

The parking is dumb because you shouldn’t have to pay every time you take your car out. It’s unconventional it should be a one time price for all day, not one time price every time you move your car out the garage.

The location was very good. Close to shopping and restaurants. Cool area knows as the Manhattan of Miami. The pool was very nice and clean. The front staff and MOST members of the staff was amazing and very helpful.

One of the staff members at the pool-restaurant was just rude. We tried to ask him about allergies, but he more or less ignored the request and cut us off. He actually got quite angry when we pointed out that he was not very helpful. It was like he was looking for a fight (hopefully verbally) and was just rude. Another staff member came to his resque and apologized for his behaviour. Maybe he just had a bad day, but in a 500 dollar night hotel you expect better. I have to point out that the others that work in the pool area were very professional.

View was great with great balcony on high floor. Room was a good size for the type of room and was well appointed. The hotel was in a great location on the water right in downtown Miami with a lot going on nearby.

Valet service was not great and not cheap. On check-in multiple cars were waiting for a valet to the point where I left the car and went to check-in at the front desk. Upon checkout the wait was even longer despite it being noon on a Wednesday which isn't exactly the busiest time. The valets themselves did a fine job but it was a poor system and the people in charge of the valet area were not very helpful at anything except charging you almost $50 a night to park there.

I loved this property so much that we are already planning a trip back to the hotel and area. I’m looking forward to the spa being open to take advantage of that offering. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Top notch service. Thank you!

The bacon.. And pancakes.. get a better batter and real thick sliced bacon. For the cost it should be better.

Loved the Location! In walking distance to a good amount of restaurants and Bayside. Loved the aesthetic. The interior of the hotel is lovely and the rooms are beautiful. Complimentary Yoga mat and umbrella were a nice touch. View from the Balcony was nice and it is a true balcony so there is a lot of lounge space. Appreciated the 24 hr weekend room service, although it was a bit pricey.

Valet service was hit or miss. At times the car would be ready and other times, we were waiting for 45 mins after calling ahead 20 minutes. Room service already overpriced ($10 for cereal and milk) then 18% gratuity added and a $5 delivery fee. Seems excessive. Complimentary wine was nice and coffee would have been nice also if there was more than one urn for guests to use. The line was almost to the entrance by 6:45am. Wi-Fi was shoddy.
