Price and location

Occupants in next door room started LOUD YELLING early in morning. Advised manager of such. Didn't seem to care.

I requested a ground floor room and was given a ground floor room. The room had maid service each day unlike another local Super 8 that we stayed at last year. Breakfast was acceptable however we miss the waffle maker that was there during previous stays as toaster waffles are not the same.

Check-in took longer than usual as the internet was giving the clerk issues.

We have stayed here multiple times since 2014 traveling to see family in Iowa. Staff is always friendly, Beds are clean and comfortable Pool is clean and refreshing after traveling 10 hours from Georgia. Consistency is nice!

Price was a little more than it should have been. Even with a discount from Booking. $198 for one night two rooms. Then the next day I check prices and the exact same room was 67 a night. So I will probably shop around next time.

Breakfast was good, comfortable hotel and location within driving distance of what is needed. Few gas stations right up the street, not really anything close for immediate walking distance. Great location for price and breakfast is decent.

a bit older, so bathrooms are a little old to include water pressure and the other guests are quite loud.. but that not fault of hotel. Just something to keep in mind. For the price you are paying, it is a decent location. It is our go to when we are in town for more than 3 days because it is more economical. Not a good location if you don't have a car to get around.

Location of building and room were good and easy to get to. Pet friendly hotel is a bonus! The ac worked well & extra clean towe were soft. Finally, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was what I expected food was fresh.

The hallway outside of the room could have smelt cleaner it mostly smelled like it was coming from the carpet. I would recommend replacing the carpet or putting tile down to reduce the smell.

Secluded. Quiet. Clean. Great value for overnight.Location East of St. Louis made our next day travel Easy an easy start.

Breakfast was skimpy. Cereal, milk, bread, toaster, pb, cream cheese, coffee. No juices. Frozen sausage biscuits. Skimpy. Only 1 luggage cart.

Beds were comfortable and decent size room with 2 queen size beds. All the standard stuff was supplied. The walls seemed a bit thin. The people next to us were laughing and just loud. Loud in the hallways too.

Not so much noise. Breakfast something other than breads and cereals.

The place smelt good, was clean and very comfortable.. For the value, it way exceeded my expectations.

No elevator which made the stairs really dirty... carpet needed cleaning, and the gym was out of order

The hotels location was in the perfect place for me. The room was nicer than the pictures ( upgraded) the free breakfast was great for me.

My only issue was that walls seemed a little thin, I could both sides and in the hallway

The rate,minimal charge for a pet. Quiet

The City of O'Fallon had over did the water supply with chlorine. That was shared on social media. Unhappy residents. It was so strong we didn't use the hot tub.
